Actually yea, if i hunt a mark that is hiding in his home or hunt a mark that i cannot kill because he is a max temp, thats a lot of time wasted right there. So you say that since your profession takes longer then it should be the strongest? BH takes the 2nd most time, shouldnt we be the 2nd strongest by your logic?
That doesn't follow. YOU chose how to spend your time. It's not something you risked someone taking away from you. It's something you spent.

What natural, PVE use of a BH's abilities enable someone to take their time away?
nothing and it sucks for you guys but that doesnt mean you should be better in the end. Its the reason we have so many Jedi as it is. Once you are maxed you are always better than any standard profession and thats the problem. Thats why box loss or perma death is the only fair solution if we keep 1.5 or a 2nd Alpha class. If not, then why be better? Basically dieing in PVP is a setback and it blows. It should be removed once you guys are balanced.

Now... as to whether that's the case or not at the moment, 1on1 parity IS what they're aiming at... taking the ability to "stalk and strike" into account.

Well, devs thought it was pretty close after Pub. 19, and will make further adjustments. I will post a feedback thread after Pub. 20 goes live.
The funniest thing is, the ones that are calling for the most amount of Jedi nerfs are the Jedi themselves. Any useful skill others have that a particular Jedi does not have, for the most part, is a reason for a nerf call.

It's not a right....it's certainly your perogitive within the framework of the game to pursue Jedi. They could take away jedi, delete them, ban you from playing your jedi and otherwise not allow you to be your jedi without any provocation if they desire, for that reason alone it's not a right. It's like your drivers liscense, yeah you passed the driving test and you can drive but they can take that away (although the law in this country dictates that they would have to have a reason to do that) so they call it a priviledge. You can have your liscense taken away from you for not paying child support in the state of California, but you could not have your right of freedom of speech taken away for example.

Well that is about a specific situation not encompassing the whole right. That's how the law defines it, you're not losing your right to free speech just not able to talk about a specific situation. If it took away your right entirely then it would violate our constitution. But yeah they do that often enough but lets not get into that.
