cloak is great and u can stay cloaked forever unless ur in a heavy populated area

If you want to have fun with your jedi cloak is the way to go. You can use it as a defense, offense, spy, mob luring (since animals agro :mad
Its especially fun if you have several cloaking jedi. The main problem for me is you cant have it and master defender without being MDef, 4000 healer, 0004 enhancer, 0403 saber 0400 powers if i remember correctly. Hope this helps

has anyone tried a MLS template with powers? I'm thinking something with heal 4000, enh 0004, and some dabbling in def would work. anyone try that with comments?

I use this constantly, also cloaking breaks target, so they will have to stop moving and type /tar <name> just to find you, if you move quickly you can jump back on them before they get finished typing just to target you, break their defenses and get them while their hands and thoughts are on targeting and not attacking
root, move to 21m, cloak, move back, attack (KD, ArmorBreak, PowerAttack)...rinse repeat..if you run low on force, do a channel every second cloak...as long as you have a aura/infusion macro running you wont see too much of a dip in your health, and neither will they

Cloak is a vital part of my template. The rebels on my server are outnumbered and since the Imps can clone zerg its hard to win in Theed. However if you use your skills and foods, My template can win in 1 v 5 battles, 2 Jedi and 3 Ranged. And there is _NO WAY_ to pull a Jedi out of cloak. You can do Advanced Saber Throw to KD them, and If the are not PvP savy, they will use KD Recovery(Combat move) which will pull them from cloak.

Just wondering. If I’m out of visibility range and I cloak, then I move close to someone while cloaked will I start to get visibility as soon as I get within the magic 32m? or just if I de cloak in front of someone?
(and other skills for that matter such as the enhanced speed and infusion)

Sorry, my mistakelet me try to make my question clearer.
I know what these skills do, I am just unsure how they effect visibility, if I'm cloaked and I move within 10m of another player/npc etc,my force will drain, and as I'm using force, tho the player will not see me, will it still generate Vis?
Also if I move into range with say force speed on forma previous fight will the player see this (even if I'm not using it)

i dont think many have tested if cloak gives vis....most (i included) suspect it probably does
simple test
get off the terminals
cloak outside 32m of anyone
wander in theed or Mining Outpost
do no other force consuming skills (channel)
if you pop back on the terminals.. case closed
if you dont, keep trying, terminals are crowded nowadays and some padawans i know who HAVE FULL VIS are not on them
(or their missions rarely come up, and i mean rarely one guy was full vis grinding for like 4-5 days with no BH, i had 3 come for me in the same time, while he laughed and laughed...now he's hunted, /target table /rotateleft 180 /laugh)

with cloak it's really not that important if your on the terms or not lol. If you get a BH after you simply root them and FR far enough away so that you can cloak. Once your cloaked they can't do anything to you. You can setup a macro to channel for ya and you can literally stand there all day while they watch you unable to do anything.

Im thinking about to skill Power 0400 (force cloak) but i dont no much about it and had no time to test it :/
I hope some of you can answer some questions about it. I wnat to know: force cost at starting, duration (how long will cloak work) and can players target (/target <name>
