97 for most is all u need. 100 is that actual cap but only really ever need that for 9.0+ loots. *i think*

Spot on. At +97 you should cap with any weapon that is 9.5 or less. There are some loot weapons that are at 11.0 or so.

and i worked it out +96 caps u everything up to 7.5ish and even above that its only a 1.1sec delay for strafe2 all others are capped.

I'm a rifleman / doc. My speed mod basic is +90. What's the cap? Is it +95 or +97? I can't remember. HELP!?

I hate those caps they are annoying. If there were none though people could totally own up the game.

it's actually +95 for hit3 (longest delay) on anything up to 6.1... IIRC 94 wont cap out hit3 on a 5.9 ph

not sure off hand, probably like 94 or so. see the swordsman 101 sticky at top to figure it out.

does anyone know how much two handed speed you need to be able to attack with a 5.9speed power hammer every second?
