Though force intimidate sticks every time that you hit someone with it, atm ranged defense/dodge works like defense versus force attacks. It is nearly impossible to stick a force intimidate on a fencer using pikatta pie.

I think they should both be on an8 second timer, that would solve the spamming problem.

Put intimidate in master brawler. Remove warcry if they cant make it work like its intended.
What Llazarus wrote
Warcry have been bugged for ages now.
The Devs wont be able to fix it. So REMOVE IT!!
And intim in M Brawler ONLY, would be nice! (mabye make intim like only 25-30%, instead of 66%)

Exactly. Force intimidate is very hard to stick on a melee stacker, it uses too much force to be of any help in PVP since most PVP'ers are stackers. And to an earlier post, intimidate 1 from the brawler line can be used from 30 meters away and spammed until it sticks, it is single target but very effective. Force intimidate should stick everytime it is used on non-jedi since non Jedi do not have any defenses to force powers.. but currently its not the case as wittyalias stated.

there is one SURE thing we know about the CU and that is stackers will be wiped away like the ashes of the old republic and the corrupt senators who ruled over it.

I suspect at least some devs play Jedi characters in-game. Maybe one day when a dev loses 400k Jedi XP to a novice brawler and a TKM, they will see the light and deal with warcry decisively.
Back in the very old days, before Everquest and UO, there was a magic spell "hold" in Meridian 59, which had essentially the same effect as the broken warcry does in SWG. It was the "I win" buttonand many PK'ers chose to be Necromancers to have it.Becausethe intended victimcould ALT-F4 and instantly poof from the game world, it was never fixed. For several years combat in Meridian 59 was basically reduced to someone getting the hold off, the other person logging, and a group camping the logoff spot for hours while the invulnerable altshowed upto run his mouth off. Only 2 or 3 out of every 100 encounters had a more interesting ending.
Warcry, Hold and anything similar to an "I win" button is ridiculous for MMORPG's. When will they get it?

Actually, I never miss with Force Intimidate 1 on non-jedi
If I do, it's RARE
Force Intimidate just wrecks non-jedi

But your statement need to add your level.
If you are a master Power, then you have max accuracy with intimidate. It becomes logic that you rarely miss.
If you are just 0020 power, then I have difficulty to believe you only miss rarely with intim1.
Now if you are only 0020 power and only rarely miss then that s very interresting to know.

Can a NON CH pet ( CL 10 ) be handed over to a CH and trained for Intimidate and handed back? I can see alot of potential in CH sales to non CH folks for such 1 shot wonders! IF its possible. What limitations are we looking at?

I think the biggest limitation right now would be that non-CH folks can't level up a pet to get training points or slots. They'd have to hand over their pet for an extended period just to make it trainable. That being said, maybe CH'ers can help one another out in short order for abilities one of the other can't yet train themselves.

I think there is a missed opportunity being overlooked here. Myself I have already trained a Carrion Spat to 4 available slots and it is CL10. A premo mount and I am advertising it as such, a fully customizable mount where the customer gets what detailing he or she wants, and with Intimidate L1, Bleed Attack L1, Staggering Attack L1&L2, and Eyegauge L2 in my repertoir I think that leaves alot of cool options for the mount. even if it is a L2 dizzy attack with some con buffing, a little thick skin added Hp or even attack speed with only one from the first set of specials. Anyway you slice it I see it being worth the creds if a non CH wants a custome mount so it would be good to always have one ready to go in the datapad.

I was thinking the same myself, it took until the 7th or 8th leveling before I had the train mount option.
