They should give BH'seither oneof the following if Jedi are made better:
a) More skills so we can at least compete with the Jedi, even if that means side-quests or a set of Mandalorian quests like the FS system.
or
b)Player bounties - 95% or more of what BH's hunt shouldn't even be padawans. "BOUNTY" hunter, not "JEDI" hunter. I rest my case.

Thats right, what did bounty hunters 'hunt' before the clone wars????

Well when i bought this game in Jan '04 it said i could be a Rifleman, Pistoleer or Commando etc. Stupid me for believing them when all along i should have been a Jedi.
I have as much right to play my prof as you have to playa glow stick wielder.

Are you actually serious or are you just trolling? Perhaps you want to play SWG to be a jedi but not all people have the same motivations as you. Some people want to bounty hunt like Boba Fett. Other people want to smuggle like Han Solo (unfortunately we can't do that but that's a different story). Others want to fly X-Wings or TIE fighters and a few probably want to be a bowcaster-shooting Wookiee like Chewie.
Upon entering the game, some people prefer to do non-combat professions such as crafting or entertainers. Others see interesting professions such as Ranger or Creature Handler and decide to try that. It's a fallacy to assume that all people want to be jedi because this isn't true.
To all the ppl saying there are too many BHs - IT WAS NEVER EXPLICITLY STATED IN ANY OF THE MOVIES OR EU THAT THE BHs WERE ALL BUT EXTINCT. I think Yoda knew wth he was talking about when he told Luke: "When I die, the last of the Jedi you will be".
Really, I never saw anywhere in the SW Universe saying that there were only 10bhs. BUT I saw that the Jedi were extinct and only a few were left. So that argument is invalid.
And yes, there are too many Jedi and that's why im quitting (and no you cant have my stuff). If they made a jedi-free server I'd reactivate my account faster than a Jedi could cry "n00b".

I will agree with you in certain areas like the fact that there are way too many JEDI but to bring back the old system of perma death will never happen and I have to disagree with bringing those back.
Exactly what you said. People will leave and reguardless as to how much you, I or anyone else hates jedi this is an SWG community. To anger or say that they should be perma deathed is just suicide at this point in time as SOE needs every single account they can spare to keep this rock afloat for a little longer.
The basic thing that needs to be done is allow for the GCW to actually be runned by the NORMALS and remove the Jedi from the GCW. Now before you do that there should be a JEDI system that allows for a war of their own.
Its no secret that the JEDI and Dark JEDI (sith alike) were at war with one another for power and control of the galaxy. I say let the JEDI and Dark JEDI fight it out on their own war. The GCW should be comprised of Commandos, carbineers, rifleman, rangers, squadleaders and such combat classes that are known to be the meat and patatos of the GCW.
My view point is JEDI is a REWARD. REWARDS should not be upsetting the balance of the GCW or the main game. People that are new to the game and master their professions should have the oppertunity to Join the GCW without the JEDI policing the GCW. JEDI are REWARDS and should be another Mini GAME outside of what the MAIN game is all about. This is my view point. Does anyone agree with this view point? Im curious as to what you guys think?
