I lose my most prized possesion and so would you. Also,you said it would only take 1 week to get my saber back to where it was before the daeth??!! WRONG! It took me over a month with a Krayt Killing group to get a decent saber that was 400 damage/11 FC. It took me another month to raise the dmg by 50 and lower the FC to 9 (far from a perfect saber).
Now, onto a more serious and probable/playable solution. Just like you said " I thought it a cool idea for you guys to loot the BH arm " How about you get to loot a replica saber (similiar to the old lootable "broken saber") that was the same design as the one the jedi was wielding when he died. When you viewed the saber it would say something to the effect of " XXXX (jedi) slain by YYYYY (BH) on such a date. This way you get a cool trophy/proofof taking down a jedi and I get to keep my saber.
Read the original post Pearls dropping again, this is an idea to replace xp loss which unfairly has no effect on xp loss, as well as introducing new content for jedi, Maybe your current sabre took that long, the second could take a week. The idea is yes its a loss but not an ireplaceable one, it gives the jedi unique content of their own, and safety from BH whilst utilising that content, if they decide to go visible in the normal gaalaxy and show off they get what they deserve.
Anyway off home, works out for the day

Oh yea, once a Jedi spends the millions to get their 'perfect' saber, where do they get the millions to replace it?
Not everyone has multi-millions to burn every few days.
A better idea is permadeath for a BH that failed to kill their mark (considering lightsabers should sever limbs etc.). Does that sound remotely fair?

I for one would love a collection of Jedi light sabres for display.
I think there would be a lot less full template uber sabres getting visibility.
Sure, level the playing feild by if a BH loses to a Jedi, then the BHtoon is deleted!

if the bh loses to the jedi he needs to regrind the entire invest tree, and gets an automatic -110 million credits since thats what i spent on my saber.

Already answered we suggested the BH lose his arm and gain a handicapped -10 RA or similiar Cybernetic he has to replace at the cost of what he would have won for defeating the Jedi.
Throw ina bonus and let the Jedi loot a copy of that BH's arm, complete with name tag
This is not a practical idea.
Consider that BH's lose to Jedi more often than they win, do you think this is going to be GOOD for you?
Unless you are willing to have this work in the reverse, this is just more BH BS whining, wanting MORE reward when you already face very little practical RISK.
