Short answer: drop investigation 1, max your xp then train inv 1 and 2, then train as you get the skills.

Long answer: Click here and read

To be swayed neither by your oppenent nor his sword is the essence of victory.
Conquer the self and you will conquer the opponent.

Im sure its been said in another current thread but whatever you do let the Inv XP cap at 10k before you train, as Inv 2 is a nightmare.

Just in case you missed everyone else saying it.

No, at this time you cant. They say after publish 10 you may be able to. It may be 30 faction to 1 xp.

So While reading through some of the posts on the jedi forums, I saw that they keep saying that you can finish all of investigation in 10 hours. I would like to know how this is possible and how you would do it. Thanx.

If I may ask, are bounty missions missions any fun for you?

Yes, you can do all of investigation in less than 10 hours... and you can also wield a 4th generation lightsaber at novice brawler, and you can also light in game houses on fire.

I think those Jedi who think you can do the investigation grind in 10 hours have never done it. If they have, they did it by slicing bases or working with Jedi. No way you can do the whole grind in 10 hours if you just kill marks.

I agree with Cran. The jedi who is stating is probably talking of an extreme case of a BH slicing bases or having numerous jedi friends lay down for him (once to Invest III). I know it took me a good 3 weeks to get up investigation doing missions.

It takes 42 missions to get through Invest IV. That is not something you can level in a buff session or macro.

I grinded it out in abouttwo weeksto level 3, running missions for almost a full buff session most nights (never again).

For investigations 1 u go to tyrenna, open mission terminal and u can /conv with the spynet bloke.Delete any mission over 2k away, alot of the ones i took were actually in Tyrenna city centre.

You max out your xp on investigations 1, i think 10k? or something is cap. Then u do investigations 2 from kadaa, sorry dont have waypoint for spynet on me. I recommend u stick to Talrus, Rori, Endor,Naboo (lots of player citys so lots of shuttles near mark) cos on these planets mark seem to spawn outside same citys most the time (Restuss on Rori cant remember names of others) which saves hanging about on starports. DONT do Yavin or darth cos mark tends to be along way from starport and its time consuming hassel.

The xp u carry over from investigations 1 should see 2 done very quick, 3s a bit of grind but after that u can have player marks. As mention slicing base terms during their vulnerable times is excellent bh xp but u have to be covert to do this and in player citys residents dont tend to be very forgiving off people they see doing this.

TBH if this is what u want to do forget BH till theyve fixed droids tracking, if they do cos theyve know about this issue for months.

Its been a while since i done investigations so if ive made a mistake re above plz amend me

I did the investigation twice to master bh - no way can it be done in 10 hours.

Even if you do your 1st phase of missions from Tyrenna or Cnet and cherry pick your missions to the first 10k of investigation xp - the next 24k will come slow, hard and long. You'll average one mission in 45 minutes with bugged ones - least thats how it went for me.

Just a correction to Sneekee's post... if you cap Invest I at 10K, you will be able to get trained in I AND II and be around 1/3-1/2 of the way done with Invest III. Much, much easier.
