Return to Nym and open inventory and click and drag pieces onto him and you get reward.
Simple as that, I've never done the full quest.
A content badge in under 10 minutes... easy.

It appears that on some looted weapons with random stats (in particular the Kashyyyk drops), start with base stats and can go upto a certain limit, this can normally be identified by the wound %, it starts at 1% and a 'high end' looted weapon will have a wound of 2.6% (the random adjustment affects all stats not each one individually)
