actually at 94 speed you could shoot any pistol ive seen at 1 second intervals..

91 speed will fire last ditch with any standard crafted pistol, 2.7 speed is the slowest standard pistol on my server, if you want to use the DE-10, go for about 95 which will speed cap for pistols up to 5 speed, no way you're finding a pistol slower than that.

93 and up is good. At 93/94ish you can cap with every special and pretty much ever gun up to like 3.3 I think.

Basically, at +95 speed, you will cap with every 2-hand weapon made by a good weaponsmith. Acklay hammers are the slowest and they are normally 6.0/5.9.

how do you get those crazy speeds ? i have 77 as master sword with a +2 speed jacket

scrap the jacket..... u need seas in ur ubese udnershirt so u can wear it under ur armor... id love to see some stats of how speeds are at +75 (master) and +80 (master with master brawler) as well... anyone know of a link?

Yes its in some sort of shirt that i can wear under ubese body armor or composite body armor, and i can also wear a bandolier with it
