Thread: new BH
If you're only dabbling in bounty hunter, it may be more difficult to do it. If you spare the skill points to master bounty hunter, or pick up some weapon boxes while you're working on it, then you should pick up the weapon skills first, and afterward work on investigation.
As you level investigation, save up enough BH xp for investigation 2, because if you just learninvestigation 1 once you get enough XP - you'll have too many problems with your droids.
You don't need droids at novice BH. Get a mission, speak to a spynet operative at your investigationlevel, and go to the static waypoint to kill your mark.
They spynet operative locations are listed in a few places on the BH boards, I also have them listed in my guide, which should help you get a better idea of what to do.

Is that the trick then? Acquiring the bounty hunter weaponskill boxes before actually working on Investigation, and taking BH missions? Also a recent novice BH, I'm a CL 22, with Master Marksman, Novice Carbineer, and the three first weapon skillboxes of BH. My fifth BH mission, listed on the terminal as difficulty 18, yielded a CL 43 mark. If my CL goes up as I acquire more weapon skills, won't the marks' CL also go up accordingly?
