Just look back at what happened to BH before Jedi existed. They were the Kings of PvP.... till the Nerf bat came their way. Then they were gimped pretty much until CU. Now the cycle begins again. Either Jedi and BH'ers realize they need to work together or they both continue to suffer through this back and forth nerf war.

You should be appointed to both the Jedi and BH corrispondant positions. That the most inteligent thing ive seen on either the BH or Jedi boards in a long time.

I tried for coorespondent a few times in the past (Pilot and Teras Kasi) Mankind got the TK position and I'm much happier for that since he's an incredible coor, and Tomo got Pilot, again I'm thrilled cause he does a great job.
As far as Jedi and/or BH coorespondent I think it would be more pleasurable to stick a flaming needle into my eye. No matter what those guys do they get torn to shreads. Tanks had to be one of the best cooro's on these forums and got nothing but flames. Baciacca is currently under siege as well.
People don't realize these guys aren't Dev's. They have zero power. The best they can do is post in the Cooro Forums and email TH or Tiggs. What makes anyone believe that the Dev's read those forums or reply to emails? None the less actually take their coorospondents seriously?
Tanks knew these changes would suck, so does Baciacca.. but they are as powerless as we are to affect change. I wish they could. Tanks had a great "Blue Glowey" system idea. Baciacca has some good ideas to bring Jedi into balance without a major nerf. Thats the key to all of this.
Bounty Hunters want to be able to hunt Jedi and the GOOD Bounty Hunters want a fair system without exploits where they have a chance to win. A 50% chance at that not some slanted 90% win or 90% lose. Where's the challenge in that? Jedi (The GOOD Jedi) don't want to be god's walking the planet with impunity. They want to be as powerful as they're grind is. If Jedi in it's current form is only slightly stronger (supposed to be 1.5) than a normal CL80 mixed Prof template then why is the grind 10 times the exp of a regular prof, shouldn't it be 1.5 times as hard instead?
No Jedi should be able to walk in and "cut swathes" through groups of players. I could swear a Dev said that. The BH-Jedi fight should have always been 1 on 1 with both sides having a chance to win, about 50% each. I believe Bounty Hunters should be made to be almost equal in terms of power but you have to realize that with the way CL's work a Padawan is less than CL80 for quite a longtime (weeks to months) while grinding towards full template. A BH can grind to CL80 in a matter of hours or days. If the Paddie falls to a BH they lose around 350k exp and the rate that they earn that exp is the same as earning Combat Exp.
If BH took nothing but Combat Exp to grind, and they lost 350k exp every time they failed a Bounty... don't you think they'd be upset too? Wouldn't a full temp BH be screaming for more strength after that killer grind? It's a perspective question not literal.
So, personally, I don't want to see anyone get nerfed. I don't want Jedi to be rulers of all they survey, I don't want BH'ers to "pwnzor" every Paddie that wants to progress. It neeeds to be a level playing field where your skill actually comes into play (as much as hitting hotkeys can be considered skill).
With this next patch, it's simple. BH + SL buff = Dead Jedi period. The current "I Win" button. Till that gets nerfed. Before it was "Avoid Incapp" until the BH/CM ran out of action. At one point "Critical Shot+Underhand shot was the "I Win" button. Before that Master Sabers... what changed? Not the players, the nerfs changed it.
The "BH Jedi" war is not being won or lost by the players, it is being fought by the Dev's and Nerf after Nerf. Jerks like the OP revel in this not having the forethought to realize this will earn BH a swing from the Nerf bat. I don't want to see that happen but it will. Don't people realize that if Jedi feel they can't win they'll just play their alt's and not login their Jedi? Then who do you hunt? If Jedi walk the planet as God's owning every BH don't they realize the regular professions will rise up against them and call for more Nerfs? Whats good for BH needs to be good for Jedi and vice versa as well as not leaving regular professions (Doc,Entertainers, Crafters) out of the loop,otherwise nothing we as players do will ever affect this struggle, only Nerfs and Dev's will come out ahead.
You know, for two years I have been an SL, seen you BHs get more love then humanly possible compared to my profession, then punks like the OP are going to take what was a great thing to a far FAR FAR forgotten proffession and it get nerfed.

I just dont get how people keep bringing up how theres too many jedi in the game. I agree there are too many but its also TOOO LATE!
Time to get over it or quit the game. Killing jedi as a BH is not going to "thin them out." Trust me, I used to join gank squads back in the day, it didnt even slow em down. It was clear to me then that while some such as myself enjoy the hunt, the challenge, and using dirty tactics as far as sneaky tactics to get the drop and an honorable fight, others were just out for the XP loss cause they hate jedi so much.
Thats not to say that people dont become jedi for the wrong reason either, but Im not a jedi so I wont comment on some of their losers that want an "I win" button, but rather Ill talk about us as BHs having losers here that do just so they can give a jedi XP loss, not caring about needing an unbalanced advantage to win instead of working on their own skills.
I will not use SL for this, and I will continue to fight my marks the old fashioned way and become repected by my opponents for being a good authentic BH, not some cheap wannabe.

Way to mess it up for the rest of us! Glad to see some people actually give a d*mn bout others in this game......Heaven forbid the SQUAD LEADER get to help his SQUAD, so go ahead and do that 5k of damage and when the SLs come with the nerf bat to BH remember your wise words.
I can see it now, BH hits jedi for 5k of damage one hit incap. Jedi uses health buff crystal and stands up, as he hits AI he can saber throw for over 1k of damage with the SL behind him. Sorry to everyone who plays a SL that does not want to be involved with any of this, it really stinks that people using skills like this ruin it for everyone.
PS: You are the worst bounty hunter I have ever met if you need a one hit incap.
