Simply put, the only way you can die is from DOTs. End of story.

Great doc/pike combo. Good ranged defense, can cure any state or DOT, and can deliver all states but blind. Only weakness is KD/dizzy, and riflemen.
With the new doc buffs and area cures, I'm making my way back to the first template. Just need to redo the pistol line.

Goals
My primary concern was defense. In particular, defense vs. states, with an emphasis on defense vs. stun.
Pros (as best as I can remember them since I am not at home in-game)
Block +115
Defense v. Blind +100
Defense v. Dizzy +120
Defense v. Intimidate +20 (+10 more for being a Zabrak)
Defense v. Knockdown +120
Defense v. Posture Change +100
Defense v. Stun +90 (+10 more for being a Zabrak)
Dodge +130 (I know, its capped at 125, but the only way to reach the cap was to exceed it)
Melee Defense +134 (see Dodge)
Ranged Defense +91 (still working on this one to see if there is a way to elevate this without sacrificing too much of my other defenses. I figured that, with this defense as high as it is, combined with the secondary defenses of Block or Dodge, I should be able to do fairly well)
Melee Mitigation 3
Ranged Mitigation 2
Ability use a weapon which inflicts stun damage.
Ability to heal
Ability DoT weapons (like them or not, they have the potential to devastate some opponents)
Cons
Extremely limited damage potential vs. ranged opponents (due to both a lack of accuracy and ability to target only the HAM pools which are most easily buffed)
Unable to reach the speed cap as a Pikeman without obtaining the necessary SEAs.
Inability to target the Mind pool specifically
Amount of damage healed per attempt varies widely, from as low as 200 (+/-) to 800 (+/-)
All attacks target either the Health or Action pool
I've not had the time or opportunity to test this template as extensively as I'd like, but in 6 duels with my opponents trying to land any state they could on me, I've only had 2 actually stick.

Ok I keep getting conflicting stories concerning this, wether mitigation of a certain type will only count if you have that type equipped. So for ranged mit to be considered you have to hold a ranged weapon, and same for melee. Anyone have a pure answer on this? As ive finished my template of Master brawler, Master Pike, Master TKA and fencer 3440 and This could make me reconsider part of it.

Get to use Stim E's, and have great defenses against posture change, knockdown, dizzy, and pretty decent for stun and ranged/melee.

4/0/0/4 TKA ( yay the ability to meditate off poison and disease is mine once again, plus ranged and melee defense)
4/4/4/0 good ranged and melee defense and great state defense
4/4/0/0 Medic I can heal myself once everyfew seconds for upwards to a thousand, plus first aid is great vs. those nasty NS bleeds they lay down.
I will post all the numbers later.

Just curious, I thought the Healing speed mods didn't apply to yourself, but to your ability to heal others faster? If so, wouldn't it be better to use those points in the Pharmacology tree, so that you can use Stim Ds instead of Bs?

No idea how the modifiers will be, but I was looking for a self sufficient template without having to stand in line for buffs or heals. The only wounds I cannot heal is bf.
