From todays patch notes:

The Gorax may make an appearance on Endor.

Anyone found any yet?...been looking for an hour in the northern desert part of Endor but nothing so far.

35% resist all others (but 0 on lightsaber of course)

413k Health

467k Action

452k Mind

Takes about 12-15 mins solo with speed capped Swordsman id say with nice hammer...I had a rifleman with me but he got deaded in no time when i got dizzy. Seriously bad dizzies btw.

Looks like they might respawn like krayts...killed 2 and got lots of base gorax shards, +30 damage -0.3 speed...can be used like Krayt Tissues on the guns that dont take krayt tissues.
