A Jedi chose to become a PvP target when he began his grind to become Jedi.
I agree that a Jedi have the right to run away.
But a Jedi who says he doesn't want to do PvP fights ? it makes me laugh... he should have ran without saying a word.
QFE.
"I don't want to lose XP" works for me. It may say something about the Jedi that they believe they're going to lose the fight, but it's their right to run if they want to. Every Jedi has the right to run away if they think it's their best option at the time. But a Jedi who says they don't want to PvP is simply in the wrong profession.
"I don't want to PvP, so I'll take up the only profession in which PvP will be forced on me." /boggle
Worse is that he had to have his girlfriend pass along the message after he logged.

Not really. Nobodyis supposed topurposely pull aggro on another person. Theperson who is grinding pulled the aggro on himself. Let me give you an example.Ifa BH hada nightsister on himand tried to drag it ontohis target, that is against the rules. This really goes for anybody. You're not supposed to force your aggroed enemy onto someone else. A guy who attacks a jedi that is grinding isn't honorable by any means, but he didn't pull the aggro on him.

That's against the rules, and they can get into trouble for that. If you remember their names, you should report them. Not sure if it would do any good, however.

I got hate tells after an hour long fight with a MDef (that I eventually lost and his buddies dragging deathwatch guys onto me during the fight sure didnt help) from the guys friends that were in his group because I wasted their time as they were just getting ready to go into the dwb. He said I was wasting their time and he had to go to bed soon. I told him that they could've went in without their friend and it's their friends fault for not being able to kill me quicker.
BH use grinding spawns to wear down their marks all the time? How is this cheating? Simple: same difference.
