Thread: Why is there still a XP loss from BH Missions?

Well then, if the Jedi aren't the most powerful anymore, why did you work to unlock one? Don't tell me "roleplaying" because a roleplayer wouldn't be saber duelling in a starport. If Jedi aren't the most powerful, I guess it's a good thing you have an alt - maybe you should play it.
i do it for the rush/glory
you can keep the xp

you get more vis killing npc's than you do dueling in public.

so again I ask, what are they supposed to use-and not coming in public is not an answer, as they pay the same ammount you do to play....
Yeah, so why do they get an ALT on the same account?!? Hey, that's not "fair", I pay twice as much as you to have two characters on the same server...
If you want to go out in public, play your alt. If you want to use your Jedi powers in public, accept that the consequence is you will be hunted and lose xp if you're killed. Get used to it.
what if they don't play on their alt? Took me a month to even bother making my alt, and I hardly ever bother with it right now. Sooo...again, what you are saying is-I get to pay the same money you do, but start over because you don't like jedi ingame. What about the people that don't like BH in game? Do they have a valid argument then? It has the same rational as yours-they don't like it, so let's get rid of them. I don't agree with that, nor do I think bh missions should be taken away from players. I simply was asking about what a jedi should use if he is attacked in a city. I said that hiding was not an option, as I am not going to stop playing the toon I knkow and love, as well the toon that is known by many. But guess what? when I unlocked and started my grind, my own guild didn't even know I was a jedi....In fact, I kept my bh sig for a good ammount of time afterwards just to keep the ruse going-I don't wear paddie robes, and you don't see me running around with a saber in hand, and you will NEVER EVER EVER see JEDI (insert rest of title) over my head. But, I still like to go run around and do things, and there are times when I need to be on my main to get something done-as a very select few have any idea who my alt is (again-I am secretive anyways). But if I am attacked in town, I am not going to run away and not use any jedi skills-I am going to use every thing I have at my disposal.
I understand your feelings on wanting jedi to mean something when you see one-but let's throw that broken record away, please....jedi aren't going anywhere, you are always going to see them, and for the most part, the majority of players are grinding either a jedi, or trying to unlock a jedi-so it is only going to get more. Want a system that stops jedi from happenning as much and will get you a fight when you want it? How about bounties on toons that are grinding fs-if the jedi is unlocked, it is too late lol-he is already a jedi lol. Stop them before they unlock I say. You will more than likely be dealing with toons that can defend themselves and can dish out some damage though, concidering the state of pearls right now.
For the statement of saying that you pay twice as much as me to paly two accounts...well, actually not-since I have two accounts, so per toon ratio, guess you could say a third more lol.

Wow and to think a jedi was asking us BH's our oppinions on this matter and look at all the Jedi whining and crying... Stick to your own forums.
No, we're free to post wherever we want, deal with it.
Take your own advice, man... and don't expect that we're going to only say what you like to hear.
YOU "deal with it" before telling others to.

I'm talking about this prevalent "I'll do what I want, whenever I want and there's not a damn thing you can do about it" attitude that I'm hearing too often from Jedi players lately. You're the type that expects freedom to express yourself and to insert your opinion wherever you like, but you sure don't seem to handle it too well when other people tell you what they think. You want us to "deal with it" when you come here and post? Well, you're just going to have to "deal with it" when we tell you what we think of that. Is that sufficiently clear, or do you need it explained with hand puppets?
I think you're putting words in my mouth, and you should stop before you pull a muscle or something. He told me to leave the forums, which I will not do, stop being dumb. You can post all the opinions you want, but when you start telling me to do stuff I'm sure as heck going to raise my voice. Especially when you suggest stupid things.
