And the EXACT can be said for JEdi...no matter how weak BH claim to be, or how strong Jedi is no single Jedi can fight 3+ BH's.... yet that is happening daily.

I dunno about prison love but I see your point. IREALLY like the idea of making bounty hunters SF to attack SF but it'd require some tweaks.
I have a feeling Many Many BH would hate the idea of going overt.
Good post.
If you go overt you die to a gang of Jedi 9 times out of 10.
No matter how weak Jedi claim to be our how strong the BH is no single BH can fight 3+ Jedi.
I have had multiple BH's on me repeatedly... A guildie of mine, she had 4 on her, and all were from the SAME guild...coincidence? I think not.

I think the claims of BH groups coming for Jedi are being blown way out of proportion. I've tried the exploit to see if I could get it to work and it doesn't work. No one I know has gotten it to work. The Jedi that I have talked to ingame have only had 2 BHs at the most show up for them but it was coincidental.

To the Jedi on this forum whinning about BHs only playing to grief YOU. The majority of BHs do not hunt Jedi for the sole purpose of "griefing" another player. They are playing a game in which their chosen profession in said game allows them to TRACK, HUNT, PLOT, SCHEME, THINK, and ultimately OUTWIT their prey. And we all know that the ultimate prey to hunt is another human. Computer programs are predictable, humans are not. THAT is the reason why the majority of BHs play. If playing your profession is causing so much frustration to the point that you have to render yourself to being a seen as a child with a temper tantrum, then play another profession. You got one of those on the same server. You can still hunt and have fun with your friends. If you want to play some "uber" Jedi character without the fear of being hunted, griefed, losing xp, or what have you, go play one of Lucasart's other fine games in which you are nothing but a Jedi. I recommend JKA, Jedi Outcast, KOTOR and KOTOR II. And hell, if want the best of both worlds you can play (if you still have or have ever had it, and your computer can run it ), Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight. If your anser is you don't want to play those and keep playing Jedi in SWG...then stop your whining about being griefed when infact you just got outsmarted and defeated. At this rate (with the nerf to xp lossand vis mechanics), the Jedi profession is going to look like a kid all decked out in football pads stuffed with Charmin so he can go out and play with everyone else.
Then perhaps you would prefer the removal of XP loss instead? You still get your hunt and I get to keep my XP.
Perhaps PvE Jedi can get put on the terms, but their bounties yield no payout, and no XP loss for the Jedi. And during said fight, no decay for either side. There you go, your chance to hunt, stalk and kill another human being without loss to either party. Happy?

I'm sorry but there is no proof. That this has even happened. Do you have screenshots?

Great post. Why wouldnt bounty hunters like this? They would get exactly what they claim to be after and jedi would be willing to fight them more often and all this hate between the 2 professions would mostly go away.
Bounty Hunters do not hunt Jedi for loot. They do not hunt us for the money, NPC bounties are a far more lucrative cash cow. They do not hunt us for XP, slicing base terminals is far faster and easier. Bounty Hunters hunt us for one of two reasons:
1) They enjoy the thrill of the hunt.
2) They take some perverse pleasure in knowing they have hindered another player's gameplay.
2is, quite frankly, legalized griefing and the bounty hunters that do think like this (I know it's not all of you, I am referring to the bad apples of your profession now)get away with it because the missions are supposed to be a way to control Jedi visibility and add a sense of risk to being a Jedi. This is very easily taken over by NPCs (who could even be programmed to do a better job of it than the Bounty Hunters. I'm sure a lot of the near-full temps would think twice about pulling out their saber if they knew that they would get three CL 90+ MOBs spawned on them later for doing so. I see no problems with the above suggestion. It prevents greifing, it allows for Bounty Hunters to continue hunting for the fun of it, the hate between the two professions would decrease (not dissapear, granted, but I believe it would go down), Bounty Hunters would waste less time tracking marks who try to waste a BH's time and effort because they don't want to lose XP, Jedi would still be at risk of losing XP for being too visible... it takes care of everything! And yet I still get the feeling I will meet some fierce resistance on this one....
