When you hit a certain pool the 2 others are damaged by 1/10 the damge you hit for. Soooo if you land a hit of 100damage to the health pool you will do 1 damage to the action and mind pool... thus incaping the person =)
This only applies for special attacks, there is not much you can do. Just pray for a random hit on the mind bar.

Master CM/Master Doc is not a solo class. Get a Master Rifleman, or what I like, is a Master Caribineer to run with me. However I can solo, Im Master CM/4040 Doc/4003 Rifle. So I can do dmg to incap.
What I do is run with a Master Carbine/BH carbine, and he AE kds, while I disease. We watch them tick, and if it gets to much trouble I poison he does damage and we kill them.
Master CM/Master Doc is a full support class. If you want to solo, I suggest droping master doc, and all of crafting. And get rifle 4 in marksmen. Buy yourself a spray stick (for speed) and head shot them to death. Naturally however, you will have to have your meds made for you though. (Doc meds)
Its respec, or group.

Well, from what I have seen from most CM's defending a base, the main PvP tactic is going into the basement and throwing poisons and diseases through the walls.

I would use the last of your points to pick up rifle 4, like the guy said up there. Its the optimum solution for your situation.

mastercm/master doc is not a support profesion at all i'm master CM/ master doc with 4 in rifles iahve a laser rifle i launch a nasty mind poison a suppresion fire and a headshot 2 and i can take down a TKM in 20 seconds
so this bull **edit** abput doc/cm being support is just that bull **edit**.

I am a combat medic / doc, in the same situation. This is my template:
Master Doc
Master CM
Rifle 1
Scout and Artisan
The rifle 1 gives you head shot, to finish off the 1 hp. DLTa or Tuskan rifle aren't great, but we're only trying to do 1 point of damage. This lets me solo in PvP, with decent success, although I have only done solo PvP in practice, generally I have a guildie to finish them off - Often the TKAs take them down before my poison ticks twice, making me curse about wasted poison
Since I dont want to buy all my supplies, I generally have scouting skill. Every couple of days, when one of my harvesters go dry, I pay 100 credits and swap artisan for scout. Once I place my harvesters, I swap back artisan for scouting
If you dont want scouting or artisan, you could go all the way up the rifle tree, maybe into novice rifleman, which would be more than enough, since we only need 1 point of damage
