No, but she does kick your dad out of bed when he snores too loud. She did say the house training was going well, though. She finally got him to stop relieving himself in his gene pool.

AFK was never ever intended for people to do anything, it was always a quick busy sign while you are on the phone or maybe even eating.

It doesn't suprise me that spammers and basicly just cowards exploited the bejesus out of it in no time.

The way mmorg's are now there's no exscuse for any type of AFK prolonged use now, a fix is long overdue, especially for jedi.

If you get visability becuase you want to speed up your "i'm a happy jedi master", you deserve to have it taken away.

Simple rules, straightforward consequences,

Simple rules you say, I say it's easy for simple minded to come up with such narrow fixes. The AFK problem that you so describe, and the fix you propose would thereby apply to people in space waiting for the Master Mission to show up which is every what 2+ hours, Dancers, AFK space port spammers, Loot hounds camping POI spawns. Grinders in all professions. Now is this a bad thing? maybe not, but the point I make is one persons easy fix is anothers nightmare.

The "fix" listed above affects far more people than just some afk-jedi house sitters. Anyone who is social in the game in fact. I've been at IG parties that lasted longer than 2 hours, why should we all get kicked out into the street?

Be careful of making such selfish fixes/nerf suggestionsto other profsfor your own sakes or BH will end up as hated by "norms" as Jedi are, and that would be a shame.

I had a old Holo-Jedi from a long time ago... So heres my TWO Cents...

Old Jedi Perspective: I used to go AFK alllll of the time. Back then i managed to get Jedi fairly fast (Only had to master 9 Profs then) and I also worked 50+ hours a week, so I didnt have a lot of time to play. SO I used to go afk in a private house of mine, and go to work (8-10 Hours) and come back and not have to login, just get to playing. Now it DID pop through my head that BHs would stop by and get pissed, but it never bothered me then..........

My new BH Perspective: It's a pain in the butt now when I coem across a House-Sitter... I actually had one Jedi that I watched grow through the Terminals from a low level Padawan... His name was Nahias on Scylla. I constantly pulled his mission, and he'd be afk outside Squill Caves HOURS on end.. Probably doing Real-Life things, then comg back and hunting in caves for a bit, then going back AFK... Now I am sure that the 10+ times I checked his bounty he was afk was PROBABLY coincidence, but man it was annoying, and he was smartto do that, cause I always ignored his bounty lol.

Oh well, my 2 cents.

And btw, I sold my Jedi long ago, so I havnt had much experience playing as a Jedi with the CU.

I head to tat and launch my seeker, and watch him directly on top of a shuttleport, run about 200m to a house.. and afk. Jedi are literally logging directly at server reset just to afk in houses, Stupidest "greif" fix ever.

you say that, and you call him a griefer. its obvious you are in the game just to greif and ruin other peoplesgames.
