  • Significantly altered NPC bounty mission NPC's and Loot. The higher the level of the Bounty Hunter increases the chance of seeing a higher level or Elite Mark. Master Bounty Hunters who are also greater than level 75 will have a small chance to draw a Boss Mark. The difficulty of the Mark will determine the quality of loot and chance of the loot to drop.

This is NOT the case right now and this is what we are asking for. The Boss Mark(gold)should be the only one dropping SEAs and the regular Elite Mark (Silver) should be dropping the high end Smuggler loot. The problem is that all the marks are dropping the same loots randomly. So before your run around telling people the learn to read, perhaps you should adhere to your own advice.

The commment in the Publish Notes states that the quality of the loot will be scalable based on the difficulty of the mark and that is not what is happening. Before you post again, take some time to learn to difference between a "NERF" and a "FIX".

Ok, I for one can say I overreacted on this post now that Pub 23 notes have come out. Its just that 99.9999% of the time when something like this is asked and done, everyone gets screwed over. They don't fix it, they nerf it. Lets just hope that "Its working as intended", once Pub 23 comes out.

And responding to what one person said, what is the big deal now that smuggler loot has flooded the market and prices have dropped? That is a good thing. Yes, you can't get 1 million for an ICB anymore, big deal. Give the smugglers some love! They need it just as bad as we do.

The loot rates and drops IMO don't need to be addressed, just the probability of MBH getting gold chevron marks being increased (which I believe was addressed in the last patch).

I have a MBH toon, I have a NBH toon....I personally find (and this comes from various friends whom are NBH and MBH also) I get better loot from the MBH anyway (and thats from doing 100's of these missions on both). The tapes that drop tend to be alot better on the MBH, superceeding the +5/+6 I get when I am extremely lucky on my NBH by far.

You are incorrect friend. There is a SERIOUS problem when you kill 25"boss" marks and get nothing but bugs and some smuggler components. Well there is a problem because these low level bh's are NOT leveling the investigation branch because they are getting great loot at Novice and they don't even have to leave the planet. The MBH's are NOT getting this great loot because there is something wrong with the elite and boss marks dropping the good loot. They AREN'T. That is the whole problem. I did over 40 missions last night and I got 1 AA and the rest was bugs and a few smuggler components. That is ridiculous when my friend who is staying at Novice BH did SAME PLANET missions and got 4 CA's 2 AA's and smuggler components. He only did like 25-30 missions too and MUCH faster than I did.

The lower level marks are dropping better and more frequent loot and this has been a PROVEN fact. We on Bria have tested this.

Tanks this reall needs to be addressed in publish 23.
