Im not sure that's true. You should get hit more often or harder because well you can't dodge as easily but Im not sure it has any affect other than your pools regenerating faster.

Well look at it this way - at least he isnt hitting you, right?? That is the backdrop to this kneeling he has done - and if he has valor intiated then you will miss about 60 -90 % of the time with that defense but then again he gets a -20% to his damage output( but he isnt attacking still so it dont matter). So this isnt all that bad , just takes time to widdle away at him and try to get the posture change- and I do believe you have time. I have a BH and a Jedi and if im hunting a Jedi or playing mine all I do is take my time and find the opening. Calling exploit on everything that you cant understand or counter instantly causes some bad voodoo on both fronts, in addition, If you think this is a problem -call an ingame CSR and they will get you straight on whether what he is doing is legal or a bending of the rules---you do have time cause you are not in a real pinch since he isn't attacking back. Not flaming ya, just pointing out that you should look at all aspects of combat and technical help ingame to avoid finger pointing.
