and a last one
after fight begins and jedi goes cloaked,jedi have our "Alpha strike" ability
Unfortunately i have basic english,but i hope you catch my idea.
I get it now. Any thing a Jedi does other then die at the hands of a BH is now an "I win button".
There are few things the BH can do that will prevent a Cloaked Jedi from being able to Cloak. If you just don't feel like doing them or don't have the appropriate skills to do so well that's just too bad.
Don't expect your BH template to be able to track down and kill every Jedi Template you come across. I know I can't beat every BH template.
I do agree with number 4 on your list and could give Bombdroids that ability. Then they can't sit right in front of you regening themselves.
1-3 Won't matter much because most just want it nerfed and if they implement it they will still cry.
Cloak is not an "I win" Button. It's an "I get away" button like someone else said in this thread.
If the said Jedi comes back after he cloaked and kills you well it's obvious you would have lost anyway and you would probably be crying about nerfing something else because your "I win" button doesn't seem to be working.
Give Bomdroids the ability to break cloak. It's a reasonable counter to the Jedi that will just cloak and stand there taunting the BH.
Actually... the next BH post is gonna be: "NEW JEDI EXPLOIT! I ATTACKED ONE AND HE ATTACKED BACK!!!!1!!! OMGOMOMGOMG!!!!"

Jedi should not be alowed to run / hide / fight back when we get their missions of the terms. Man it's game breaking I tell you! In fact, please add a /incap /deathblow option on the seeker droid, actually, no, make it the Arakyd droid so we dont even have to jump planets

Did the Jedi regen while he cloaked? Yes, and you did, too. Did you hit him hard while he was not cloaked? Yes, because he either cant heal as much or has lower defenses because he can cloak. Are you a FOTM MBH / MCM template built for tanking MDef / MLS Jedi? Yes, so you dont have crowd control in your template since MDef / MLS Jedi cannot run - paper, rock, scissors.
And finally: Did the Jedi kill you when he cloaked? No. So if the Jedi was not able to kill you, why did he win? He only got away and you can track him down again.
1.) What would it help? More than likely you were rooted when he cloaked.
2.) What would a longer cooldown help? He would run the first time he cloaks, not pop back after recovering from the damage he had to take.
3.) What would moving to the Master Box accomplish? Forcing Cloakers to take Master Force Wielder and own you with Choke and Force Lightning (have you fought one? I dont think so) before getting away the same way that they can get away now?
4.) Give it to rangers since they are the trackers and need love.
5.) Cloakers get first strike? How? To be able to attack you had to attack first, they get second strike at most (unless you hunt as SF and they are SF also). Powers Jedi rely on Force Cloak being used as a hit-and-run attack move.

No. Its a draw. And BHs can always choose not to drop the mission and prepare their next attack knowing the Jedi will cloak. But that would involve actual stalking and hunting and probably wouldnt be as much fun as just hammering on a MDef / MLS till he is dead, right?

agreed i win means you get the deathblow.
cloak is an avoid combat move. personally i like cloak for 1 reason alone spying for pvp not to avoid combat. using cloak to find enemy faction players whereabouts and movement is the only thing i use cloak on my jeedais for. now my bh, cant tell you how many times i've been cloaked on. read my thread on ideas for a knockout of cloak, been a couple of good ideas in there, lots of flames of course over such a heated topic

I have an idea. Let's whine about armor. I mean how is it allowed for a BH to wear armor? They should go TKM to have some innate armor like we do, and that's it. Yaay!

Yes, and let them only use weapons that got 10 times lower dmg than a training saber! and they shouldnt bee able to use any good shots either because then they can kill us, so then it have to be "I win buttons" riiiiiiiight?

Exactly. I mean RANGED SHOT = I WIN BUTTON! You can only use melee hit, only when you are unarmed and only if you have no brawler skills at all. Wait, MELEE HIT = I WIN BUTTON!!! too. You should just DROP ALL YOUR BH SKILLS AND STOP WHINING.
EDIT: by "you" I mean BHs of course. It's still their forums.

At least al lthis "whine BHs" the other ones can use same skills as usal....
Cloak is certainly not an I win button, think of cloak more like a button that says "I concede my own personal weakness and inability to adapt to the task at hand so im going to hide like a baby"
That is cloak in a nutshell. I have been a jedi for a long time, but I think this is the most rediculous skill we have. I would like to see it moved to master powers though so that people cant dabble in the coward lines.
Its interesting if you look at the jedi that do hold cloak in their template, and look at their personalities, what I have found, and this is a generalization, but, it seems to me that alot of the jerks, greifers, haters and crybabies have picked this skill up.
There are some exceptions to this of course, but thats what I have found in my experience.
Ifa jedi uses this to avoid death, dont take it as him winning, because he surely did not.
