I do support you in your efforts to get exploits fixed. I dont like exploits anymore than you do and I do enjoy the fight we share in game. I can tell you this, if I were to use that so called exploit it would simply be to confirm what I already know. But the fact is, if I feel that a Bh staring at me has my bounty he probably does and there's not a darn thingI can do about it except wait for him to strike. Fact is,if he is that close to me than hes not a very good BH to start with. I wouldnt call this an exploit at all. A rather taxing annoyance from the BH perspective.I will saytheJedi using this bugare trulyoverly paranoid.No self respecting Jedi needs to bother with using this "ability" as you call it.It just serves me, personaly, no service.Its annoying, not an exploit and should be addressed as such.
IF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND THE CONSEQUNCES OF CALLING EXPLOIT AT EVERY TURN, you hurt the game more than most of your young minds can comprehend and certainly more thanmost of the exploits themselves. It is a BUG not an EXPLOIT. Its the game responding to what is called an "Exception"caused by the act of dueling someone who is already enganged in a duel with you, and could be addressed by redifining the code to handle that exception in another manor that would otherwiseprovide no reason to do that act. But, it is tricky to tamper with that function in the game from a programmers' perspective.I do have some insightinto programming so I kinda understandthe basics of whats happening. But it is not an Exploit as it is not turning the tide of the engagement in the least. Only a real no talentbounty hunter would be affected by this Bug.

ok, so im lieing when I say I kill full temps? I kill them all the time, I didnt even mention a full temp here. Why wont we complain about a bug that has been in the game for a long time? Are we to just bug it an never talk about it on the forums? Im sure you are the best pvper in this game, im pretty good too. Every mark, four of them, I've pulled this week has been full temp and ive killed them all and that's just this week. Since i can kill someone i should suck it up and like that they exploit? I dont get what yer trying to say here, we have a petition to fix something and you come in here trolling about something that you never use? sthu

It is a BUG not an EXPLOIT.
Only a real no talentbounty hunter would be affected by this Bug.
So at this point you are still guessing and it confirms what you DIDNT know.
Except for stop fighting, healing upand buff
If youve even been a BH in the trails you would see how many duel spams you get as you access the bridge
Using this bug to your advantage is an exploit. You are using a loop hole in the system to gain an advantage you didnt have before.
No, what about shuttling in somewhere, my trails example, etc.

maybe you dont know about the bridge in the trials. people duel you, found out u are after them and sit on the bridge(another exploit), at least when i used to hunt there. It severly gimps our first strike.

And that confirms what you DONT know. I am a BH on my primary account. About two years now. I dont hunt in the trails I dont have time for that crud. I play for a few hours a night due to job constraints and when I take bounties I stay to the standard galaxy. I hate the Trails but I have been there as a BH. I never wore my title when I went down there and never got hit with that duel deal, that I can remember. So no. I dont know the annoyance but I am straight shooter when I hunt. I approach I shoot and we brawl. Im just a carbineer/MBH, not the best template. I hit them when their health is low in a grind and that is that. I watch them for a while and hit them when they are down. lol I love doing that! I think the MCMs and Master Riflemen might be more effected by this than I would be, but the Jedi I attackcould really care less if they know Im coming! They are vulnerable as they can be and they know it. So I do know what you are saying and still know full well that it is not aexploit from my perspective. Its a bug.
Opps you said Trial not Trails. Did you mean Trials or Trials. Make a diff I guess. But no I havent messed with a Jedis Trial never really wanted to myself. But that would be an experience I have not had so I dont kow that senario at all from a Bh perspective.

So you're saying you actually get a message saying "XYZ challenges you to a duel" when he's your target, while on his screen it will say: "you cannot challenge ZXY to a duel because he can already attack you"
if you have the ability to /duel them back from recieving that challenge, then it's been fixed. if it hadn't been fixed the challenge would not go through.

CSR has told me to /report all jedis that uses this. If you get a fail report messgae due to no chat in spatial - say something yourself in spatial - lika "a" and then you file a harrasment report on yourself. That way the chatlogg last 100 lines will be saved, after that you send a regular exploit report from the holocrone explaining the situation , the exploiting jedis name and the time/place it happened. Thats the instructions I have got from CSR yesterday.
They are not treating exploits lightly.

It wasn't all that long ago that Bounty Hunters had their own /duel exploit, where they could go upto a mark, /duel them then attack without TEF being passed on, this allowed the BH to attack without the jedi being able to attack back.
You lot weren't asking for /duel exploits to be fixed back then
I don't see many Jedi whining about this exploit though 
I want to be able to choose when I attack, in order to do that now I can't let the Jedi see me before I attack him, or he will follow me around all over the place, plus... a surprise attack might be the key to win sometimes.
