Thread: Kashyyyk
This is true but I have no problem hunting a mark on kashyyk, they can't drop a house, you know where they are. I think the problem lies with the LoS exploit. Remove this and there's nowhere to go. If they run from you they'll only aggro the surrounding mobs. I thinkthere grinding on Kashwould be dangerous for them without the LoS being there. It would only take a little extra work on the part of us BH's to locate them.
I getmy mark and if he/she is on Kash I make the trip and begin searching the instances. If my mark is not there I take down names, when I do locate my mark I have a bunche of names and finding one onthe terms is cake.
Remove LoS....and Kash will soon become feared if we all take the effort to go there and hunt.

They are going to be removing names from the terminals.
the way to hunt jedi on kash is to search every instance. boring... Just get another mission
or drop the mission and try your call again later.
It's gotten harder and harder, you have to find the target and use the tab key to see if he can be targeted. You won't get the name or waypoint. here are some general tips fomr the last time I posted about this. it's really hard now so I don't recommend it unless you just want to also have fun exploring the planet:
They could be on the web weaver path (level 4 of the ryatt trail) :
The Jedi are no longer grinding at the wookie village at web weaver. The new spot is to the left of the village at the next platform/intersection. You can get there by taking the bridge to the left when you first enter the traditional spawn village. You then make your way up to the next platform/intersection. They will be there.
Once you find the instance , there is a good chance that they will be there most of the week as their numbers are now smaller.
What follows are more helpful tips designed for the begginer hunting Kashykk.
Getting to the instances is easy and you will find half of them afk (depending on your style this could be good , bad or niether) .
Get the trail guide quest, go to the three levels and you will never have to fight your way to web weaver path again, you can just instantly warp there from the gate.
Always check the cloning booth to the left of the entrance, you might find your mark there (easy afk money if nothing else, although I have actually had TWO pitch battles with non afk jedi right at the entrance when I enter, so be ready always))
Be creative on how to avoid the spiders getting to the wookie village, spend sometime at the front to see how Jedi get there. If all else fails, get parawan nutricake and this should give you multiple burst runs, use ruby beil to heal yourself much faster if you have low healing abilities. The jedis should no longer be at the viallge after Pub 21 (read the top of this post)
When you see them grouped in their tight circle in the platform /intersection to the left of the wookie village use tab and cycle through the radials, you will see the tabbing going through all the wookies, if a player pops up you have indentified your mark. This is the only way to find your mark on kashykk.
If you have a root attack get ready to use it if the Jedi runs for the bridge. I have personally targeted and shot jedi on the bridge. I am yet unsure if this is strange luck or if the LOS bug is fixed on the farthest bridges.
Hope this helps.
