it's not an exploitl. It is an in game mechanic being used to his advantage but falls short of exploit. Granted, I agree it could use a little looking into by the devs.

Well if they paid for persistency you would be rich. I would not have had the patience to stick it out. Nice report though, I look forward to others from you.
