That attack was pretty much the only attack that jedi spammed...

Did you have ranged arms equiped? If the arms are equiped you lose the protection of the biceps and bracers. Also, 1200 dmg is usually result of a power attack, and Advanced Saberthrow is nearly as powerful as the improved power attack. That means when advanced saberthrow is used, 800-1k dmg isnt uncommon. And with my post CU saber, im able to hit with powerattack for nearly 1300. The overloaded saber comment is a possiblity, but if it was an overloaded saber, the normal head/leg/body hits would all have been about 1200 not jus saberthrow or power attack. And about your armor not causing any resistance, who knows. Probably just a bug.
