A few points

1. Makeing jedi hunting master only is one more form of limiting BH attack power by limiting options for hunting jedi. Its not cute furry or funny. It mean its going to take a ability from non MBHs this is not a reduction its an actual revocation of a skill.

2. Hey I may not be a big jedi hunter but if I am going to hunt a jedi I need to see his difficulty. I ama MBH/MCH and simply put my creature handleing is um whats that word bugged broken ignored. I cannot attack a high level jedi I need to target a jedi nearer my level. I aint got the time to go get torn up by someone who is actually 2 times stronger then my template.

3. This only serves to make the jedi grind yet again easier. Seeing that many jedi who are full template no longer have anything to lose and if as odds would dictate half your marks will be full template well the end conclusion is more paddys are going to rocket with less difficulty.

This is just thinly veiled stupidity. Alas now I remember why I am quitting this game tired of the assanine games the devs play. I actually heard the ent correspondent defending the devs action of removeing BF. What a sorry soul.

I am a Jedi and I agree that you should get the name of the target at somepoint before you reach the target.

If they gave you the name after you flew to the planet the Jedi was on it would eliminate the gank squads, and give the BH the option of a name /tar macro.

This would be a win/win for both parties.

Unfortunatly the actions of a few spawned alot of these changes, causing problems for the many.

I hope that Tanks can get some of it straightened out for you when He gets back.

One final thought I would like to make. A key argument for those in favor of anonymous missions seems to be about "ganging up" on Padawans. This perception has come about due to the forced-grouping mentality that arrived after the Combat Upgrade.

In Publish 20, there is a visibility fix that should rectify this, since group members will no longerincrease visibility. Many of you may remember when Jedi visibility was "fixed" and SOE all but explained the visibility process. From that point forward, the vast majority of Jedi on the terminals were near-full or full templates. A Padawan grinder, frankly, had no excuse whatsoever being on the terminals. They were either reckless or irresponsible. The few that made a genuine, honest mistake on visibility did not repeat it twice.

This is all so unfortunate, since if you took the "anonymous" partsof Publish 20 out, it would seem the planets were finally aligning for the Jedi v. Bounty hunter process. Padawans get their visibility-free grinding, full templates/Knights still would face the challenge of live bounties upon themselves, and bounty hunters get a much-needed terminal cleanup. You could even have some sort of compromise, previously recommended by myself and many others, where anonymous targets could be any Jedi with enough visibility, but a certain high threshold of Jedi skillpoints may place you as a named bounty as well.

Another problem with the no name thing is that if we cant see who we are hunting we maybe going after our friends that happen to be jedi. That will effect in game relationships drastically you wouldnt dare do that now would you S.O.E?
