Thread: Trash-Talking BHs
Its on both sides. Just like when a full template, fully buffed and prepared BH takes down a new,unprepared not even half template jedi and says, "LOL I just pwnt J0o JeeDai!" and tells his friends how he just wasted a knight.....lol

No but honestly, I see most of this coming from Jedi.
Well just don't say anything all they want is to get a reaction form you, same goes for their buddys. All I do is hunt my mark beat him,db him and leave simple as that. They can send me all the hate tells in the world I just won't answer it...it just goes to show their age and how inmature they are.

What's with all the hate? It's a game and nobody should be being this mean to other players. Regardless of their profession. Sure, BHs do it too, and they're just as bad as the Jedi who trash-talk. I mean, it's just plain nasty. I consider myself a pretty nice guy, and whenever this happens I'm pretty dumbfounded. I'm just doing my job as a BH.
Why can't we all just... get along?
PS- I'm not trying to get flamed or accuse anybody of anything, I think I'm being as open as I can be. Don't turn this thread into a Jedi/BH war. I'm posting this in both forums btw.

Are you? Really? You don't want people to be mean to you. What would you consider mean? I consider mean to be someone attempting to cause me to loseseveral hundred thousand Jedi XP. I'm a married father of 3 with 2 jobs and 9 hours of lecture in a Master Program. I have very little time to play, and I happen to consider it extremely rude for someone to attempt to try to wipe out all of the progress I may have made in the precious few hours I get to play any game at all.
Maybe that doesn't fit your definition of mean, but the last time I checked, most civilized places in the world don't begrudge you a few choice words you may have foran assailant. Maybe if you came up, took a few shots, dropped the mission and said "Hey, I dropped it, duel now for cash" you'd get a fair fight and someone that will show you a little respect. Otherwise, don't expect it, you haven't earned it.
imagine this : some guy comes up to you randomly and kicks you in the balls because you happen to be blonde, would you be polite?

Well thats not really a good idea. Most bh fight till the end, land the db as soon as possible. It can back fire on you and youcould endup losing. Hada fewmarksthat said drop the mission or die, only reason I got incap was lag then they lost. Be smart about it once youdb a bh you lose a bit of a vis and can carry on, db as soon as you can.

you dont lose vis from killing a bh, you only gain it, and ive been full temp for about 6 months so i dont really care. It just doesnt feel like a light jedi and not give them a chance to leave.

You killed a BH who was probably new, and obviously not good(a good one wouldnt have initated BH TEF as you charged them). Then instead of deathblow and going about your business, you pull the triple incap crap? Oh and the icing on the cake and proof positive your everything wrong with the Jedi image... It's not mean because you knew that was the case before you became a jedi and you accepted that. You understand the risks of being a jedi and the fact that SOE is trying to keep our population in balance to a slight degree.
I cant speak for you but I know quiet a few people personally in game who don't care about being hunted but once they get jedi they whine and complain about it, because it's happening to them..Get over it, it's a part of the game.
