Okay.... if we give BH a cert for Recon... then who get's assault armor?

This is in place for 2 reasons.....

1. BH are the ranged tanks in the game.... how? Duelistic Stance. How are you gonna give a Tank (which will get most of it's work from bols and pikets) energy resist?

2. Any BH that wants to be successfull is gonna have a Double mastery. Since the decisions for a smartdouble template are.... Pistol, rifle, carbine, smuggler, doc, cm.... you are guarenteed to be able to wear either battle armor (equal cap kin and energy, wich is actually good against a powers jedi) or recon armor.

So quit whining and just wear your seconds proffessions armor, and be happy you can tank a katarn better than a pistoleer/rifleman can, cause you can still pull out your kinetic armor and pop a duelistic stance

You can get assault armor a little past 6000 energy... That may seem like a lot less then 8200 recon *but* I was looking over the percentages and 6000 Vs 8200 isnt as big as one would think. I dont have the numbers in front of me but I think the difference was under 10%

When you consider that a MBH/MCM gets the heals they do, % difference between recon and assault arent that bad.... I hear what you're saying though about BH getting armor that seems more geared towards PvE and PvP melee Vs ranged but I think it balances itself out.

Assualt armor doesn't cut it. Getting time stamp next time i log but those attacks completed in approx 4 seconds

Man, you done whining about not being prepared with the right equipment and food yet? Wear battle armor, you're an MCM. Get it energy layered to 7088. Get it AB sliced to 75% with the nice little 1% Critical Save chance. You will never experience this again. Stop whining and get out shopping.
