The KD was removed from improved Saber throw... Advanced (at MLS) still has it. Knowing that, after the pub you won't have to start screaming "EXPLOITER!!!!!!" if ya get KD'ed from a Saber Throw every now and again.

Hmmm,i would like to know how many people would like this game too have similarities to the film....I DO, that is why i play the game, my point is....why should bh's overpower jedi ?...look what happened to jango.

I am lookign forward to how the changes play out. I doubt I will log on my jedi but my 80m range MBH is going to have fun

I'm gonna have to agree with Holzen here. Even as a half-template, I haven't had to heal more than a couple of times during a BH attack using my 1500 point heal

Looking at the patch notes I think jedi have much to celebrate. They will be able to have fun fighting each other now, which before was pointless. I think the ones that are scared are the ones that lack pvp skills and relied on non-stop healing.

looking at what pub 19 is bringing I'm happy. the only bad thing is the nerfing of jedi heals. If the new costs and delays are balanced, then fine, its much needed from a community point of view, but knowing SOE and their track record, I fear they've nerfed healer beyond any use.


Changes to root/snare are desperatly needed, not just in Jedi-BH battles, but large scale PvP.


Edit: from a pve point of view, I'm sure many of us are happy that roots and avoid incap being nerfed will stop people from being able to milk DJM's and such

If it was really to stop people from soloing high level mellee mobs then they would be nerfing rangers with their ability to hold any mob rooted indefinately with traps. I think there must be another reason.

Nevern eeded to heal back to back in less then six seconds while using my POS 541 DPS saber. that extra 147 elamental damage is gonna be real nice once pub 19 hits live.
