Creed? Bounty Hunters hunt down people for money.

Plus, since when has anything SOE done made sense?

Assualt armour == least suited for hunting Jedi.
No faction listed on the terminals, thus causing same-faction hunting.
Jedi running rampant in the streets at this point in the Star Wars timeline when the Jedi as supposed to be all but extinct.
