Thread: Keep your token respecs boys
Simone: Um, he's sick. My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Ferris pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.
Economics Teacher: Thank you, Simone
Simone: No problem whatsoever.

ok anyone with most sense would stop there. due to the fact that a dev' wouldnt actually be allowed to tell you (same as a Beta tester has to sign some documents ie that being emailed...posted...or just a accept button depending on what your testing) a Dev can not tell anyone about up comeing devolpements with in the game untill a certin dead line and then it would be with in the patch notes or some type of thread with in the forums.
so all in all that guy was talking Bs and if you believe that then my sisters cousin's uncle's friend's brother's mother is george bush and my sisters cousin's uncle's friend's sister's farther is asama bin'larden
(sorry for spelling kind of tired)
Come on, how many people that you know actually follow this in the TOS? They may not post it on websites and emails and such, as it can easily be traced through your IP address, but they certainly tell friends and family about beta tests and upcoming developments.

If you were out with a friend and told them you were in the Beta for "Uber MMO 3" and they asked you how it was, you would say, "I'm sorry buddy, but according to the TOS I cannot say anything about the game until a week from Sunday, please ask me again then." That's what the Beta Agreement says, but nobody I know actually follows that. In fact, not only do I tell friends of mine about Beta tests I'm in, but I invite them over and let them play for a while.
Not that I beleive much, if any, of what the link at the top describes, but to throwit out entirelybased on your assumption that Devs and Beta testers are absolutely silent about products in development isn't such a good idea.
Trust me, my brother's sister's cousin's best friend's father-in-law's boss works for SOE, and he said that BH "iz teh ub3r." So I think BH's are fine, especially from a source like that.
youve got a point because i do as well ill tell my friends about them and let them play etc, but the fact ive been in projects that has had their WHOLE team under investigation and the beta testers was all kicked from the project is the reason why i would assume.
ok now look at it in this way, if this was in future devolpement and the devs was planning to nerf BH they wouldwarn the person that posted it then delete the thread and then deny all intention of what they had posted.
remember that guy that was raveing on about the CURB even though he had got it like 80% right. they still deleted his posts told him to shut up and denyed all intention of what ever he was saying, as well as that if they are leaking infomation and its being posted on the forums then sooner or later the devs will be put under investigation and may/may not be takeing off Swg as a dev.
so due to my own experiances with "leaks" of infomation on games and other betas i say he was Bs'ing
