Dude, running is what bounties do, or there wouldn't be a bounty for their CAPTURE! They would already be in custody.

Yeah, I like chasing the bounties. The chase is part of the fun. But when you are trying to reach MBH, you don't want to spend all your time looking for one guy. Hence the use of technology.
