You mean like the introduction of Jedi has doneI dont think they are in a rush to get rid of things that screw up pvp and the player bounty system
lol, sure. PreCU I used to chase Jedi away with my pikes and now post CU I chase Jedi away on my CM/BH.

It's been stated that SL buffs will remain if you get them before you engage the Jedi.
That's the unbalancing part.
Also I saw someone say a SL can't buff themselves.....that's true they can't buff themselves with an individual buff but they can still group buff and that will stick on them. Then you group with another SL friend and have him buff you individually......heck get 2 SL friends and have them both buff you.
What I think is funny with the SL buffs this essentially means they have brought back group hunts for a single Jedi. You don't need to attack the Jedi to be a thorn in the side of the Jedi mark, you just need to buff your friend and he/she will do the work. Then spilt the money and on to the next mark. Although I know tons of people that will be happy about this SL change and abuse it, I can only see a big spot light being on the player bounty hunting system. When it's abused, major changes will happen or it might go away completely. Remember, a lot of BH's asked for Jedi to have a normal Power level......well the devs might go all the way and remove PC hunting period.
I find it hard to believe that there are people like the OP. Sometimes I want to convince myself this is just a "fan the flames" post cause I don't like accepting there are so many selfish, hateful people out there.
What are you trying to accomplish by stating all this? Are you the type that likes to see people suffer? Do you feel special when there's no challenge for you to accomplish something? Are you the type that looks up game cheats for video games before you even open the box?
This should be fixed before it goes live. If it doesn't then it will be nerfed, which will be much worse for the BH's.
I'm also kinda worried over the title of the OP. Jedi are nerfed every patch, they have no content, no development, are hunted constantly and get nothing for it.What kind of "revenge" are you looking for? Can you show us on the doll where they touched you?
why don't they make this buff like a ranged AB? 60% armor reduction to enemy or the equivilent boost to your dmg?
makes more sense to me.....but this is SOE.

I want everyone to find a MSL and put j3di into massive xp debt. Yes, j3di ruin pvp so they should suffer. j3di are way overpowered and now they get a taste of their own medicine. This isn't a cheat, the devs wrote in these changes for MSL.
This should be fixed before it goes live. If it doesn't then it will be nerfed, which will be much worse for the BH's.

nerfed my *edit*. Jedi are the most powerful profession in the game. 1.5x the power of any other. let them die.

Technically they did give a buff like AB. It actually gives you a chance to completely go through a persons armor.
Now imagine a Guild of BH's that their sole purpose is to kill as many Jedi as possible. They can now group and buff the one BH with multiple buffs.
They are never going to truely have a SL profession that is worth a dam as long as there is BH missions for Jedi. SL buffs are made for group PvP.....they are not designed for 1vs1 Dueling. There is no way of getting around that. One of two things is probably going to happen, SL is going to be nerfed into the ground (which really sucks as I can't tell you how much this profession needed these changes) or BH TEF will remove all SL buffs (that goes for both BH and Jedi).

Well now that Jedi are just glorified dual elites with psychotic xp requirements, no bonuses to speak of, and nasty penalty for no real power, I kinda expect the PB system to disappear. I mean what's the point? Jedi are not alpha anymore. BH is. Wait, that means BH might get XP loss!
Incidentally Nathaniel, Jedi, original Jedi, *warned* the devs about sticking them in the GCW. We wanted a light / dark war. We were ignored, and now we are nerfed because of it.
Kinda stupid, but the devs never listen. Oh wait I hear that nerfbat whooshing again, wonder who it's going to hit next?
