I don't know where they're looted from, but I'm just about positive it's a looted schem. The Master WS in our guild doesn't have it listed in her available schematics.

OKay where is the darn schematic? I will be so pizzed if I have to go to kassyk to get it.... that will be an exploit/extortion in my book. If anyone has any clue where this bab boy might be let us all know.....

Start getting pissed cause its on Kashyyk. If you look at the 500 other posts that ask this its very easy to figure out.

I believe it is a RotW weapon. So you need to wait 2 more days till we got to wookie land.

in the space station quest there is a side quest that will give you new weapons, they will probably give you a scematic like the tenloss that a weaponsmith can make

The quest starts... IN SPACE It's a dungeon that you land on IN space, load into, and then there's quests aboard the station. Rewards include new weapons, a hologram of a star destroyer, etc. This is all from a dev post on it, people in beta have been getting to go up. There currently seems to be some sort of restriction to it.

Ok im a noob at space - hey- im a land based BH. Most likely in the Kashyyyk system.

Wheres that dev post link? Do ya have it handy for public viewing?

Wait, so that means that this Proton Carbine that I've been drooling over for the past two weeks will only be available to me if I shell out another 30bucksto buy the RotW expansion? or does that just mean that we'll have to wait until the expansion is live to get the weapon?

Actually the proton carbine isnt awarded in space - its awarded for a pathetically easy land-based quest on kashyyyk. And its a direct reward, no crafting involved at all. Not sure if you can run the mission again for another one, but probably not, as all the rotw quests are in your quest journal like FS quests are.

It does about 350 base DPS, iirc....unless there's a way for a WS to break it down and get a schematic, as some have said they'll be able to, elite carbine will be comparable to it
