Lets say you have a mark worth 100k and you catch him or her off gaurd, they offer your 100k to not kill them so they dont lose there xp Would you take there money or the head?

I can understand extorting the money from the mark being susspendable but if he or she offered it thats not really the same.

as it stands, payoffs are legal. But if you get paid off, and then kill (basicly getting double the payoff), csr's can take action against you for it. I myself have got a nice little warning for accidently doing it, know a few that have been suspended for it..
