Let me be more specific, Are you more likely to drop this jedi's mission than not considering all your CIRCUMSTANCES.
Grow some stones and make your own decisions. If you cannot, here are some simple answers to our personal circumstances...lol
If I am in the mood and havethe timeto stalk someone, then for sure i will follow him from a far and keep track of his whereabouts. My recent kill was lame probably to him but it was the most enjoyable on my end. I had stalked this guy from planet to planet for wellover a hourand eventually he was at the Imp base on talus inside one of the structures. I was in the opposite end inside a structure watching him. then I got the message he logged out. I knew it was only a matter of time he would come back on. Went over to the wp spot, pulled out my bomb droid and waited. Less then 15 minutes later he logged. A couple shots and a bomb droid later, he was dead and I was 221k richer. I could imagine the look on his face when he was loggin on with his toon and heard the battle music as he watched the load screen,
Then there are other instances where I know I won't be able to have the time to stalk, in the mood to do something else, and/or know I won't be able to log in for a few days. Most likely during these times, I delete their mission....'
See what I mean byones ownpersonal circumstances, now?

K, so it's a least worth it in some cases to stalk even though you may end up with nothing. How many times have you stalked for a few days to end up with nothing?

Ah, then you can duel out of stasis in a two man team. Does that work with BH tef? Does dueling out of stasis only work when overt?
Let me ask you this, would you rather the jedi leave on first attack or would you like to fight for 10 minutethen have him kite? What's worse?
Really not something you want to do anyway, it can be consider an exploit.
Most jedi with this template sacriface a lot of their defenses. A good alpha-strike should put them down fast, just need to plan your attacks carefully. But aside from that, stasis you really cant do much about.

High power, kinetic rifle. Most Jedi are stacked against energy. If they don't have their macro's running that's about what the norm is going to be. If they DO have the macros running, you can take about 1/3 off those numbers.
Since the ForceRun nerf many ages ago, the only purpose of Master Enhancer is to dodge fights at will.
Only 2 chances you have is if:
A) Their Force Armor is down
B) They choose to fight becouse they are stupid
It's the cases where you are actually DEFEATED by a Master Enhancer you should worry about. Becouse then you seriously need better equipment/tactics/experience.
Do you always run? Do you find that the BH will continue to stalk you after you have run?

Stalkers are stopped withStasis, Wave or Suppression. 20-40 seconds headstart with Swoop/ForceRun is more than you need. Then it's just a question if the BH is determined enough to keep up the chase. Even in the situation where I am completely drained I just need 40-60 sec to recover enough force to be beyond any real danger.
So how many times have you been hunted? Out of all the those times how many stalked you even after you gave them the stasis-fr3-hand?

No Armor Break, no Pre-CU saber, Master Healer. Yup, always run. Well, I had this one time where I decided to at least try to defeat the BH. Four times we started to mess with eachother, four times I had to run away becouse my forcebar was below 15%. At the end he gave up. Neither could put the other in any real danger.
Post-CU I have onlybeen defeated 3 times. First time was with broken Paralyze. Second time was a ganking with chainroot before names was disabled. Third time I had disabled ForceArmor temporarily to test Fencer Damage Multipliers (which was stupid to do outdoors anyway).
