Also... so they run? It's not like any other player couldn't run and possibly get away from you in PvP, not just jedi. Say you were fighting a Master Ranger and they took the burst run food. They could easily burst run fast and for a very long ways. When I was Master Ranger I would burst run places just because it was faster, especially when Kryat hunting went bad.Most of my guidies didn't know you could run that fast or that far, and that was without foods.
Just throwing out an example about how it's not just jedi and there will always be people that run, it's part of the job you have to live with as unfortuante as that may be.
so what is your template then? You are MLS i take it so then what else? you don't have any force run...you don't have powers....and no defender...so what are you healer?
and a master ranger can't heal while on his back and a master ranger doesn't have the other things that make it so easy to run..the speed alone is not the issue

i compared a skill that almost ANY jedi template has and said there is no way to stop this, and apparently that's cool..like i said...we see the jedi true colors, i'll be waiting for them to be in pvp or duels and stealing deathblows from now on
That's both fair, and reasonable...and don't let any Jedi tell you different.

Yes, you have the right to kill us, but we have the right to not make it easy. If that means running to heal, recuperate or whatever, that's within our right. Just because you have the mission doesn't mean you get the auto DB upon first encounter. Remember, bounty hunting is about patience and perseverance, not collecting the easy credit. That's *supposed* to be the smuggler profession.
As far as staying to fight, the OP is speaking in regards to full template jedi not in the FRS system and don't plan on changing templates. Now, when the FRS is re-established, Knights do lose FRS ranking when killed by a BH.
Actually MBH/MSmuggler is one of the templateswhich can take out any jedi. (It's actually exactly the profession to handle cowardly jedi, since they are going to be the onewho come crying to the forums whining for a nerf on it.)
There have been a few threads about "Last Ditch"...
I'll throw some tips out for Last Ditch.
Get a SAC capped 'high cap' scatter (65 sac)(or as low as you can go)
Before you fight, use accuracy buff, incap recovery buff and booster blue (and any other action regeneration buffs you care to), make sure you don't have an auto attack on.
Don't chain daze, the devs said daze shoots shouldn't be chainable - SO - alternate them. Think about it.
Did you know improved concussion is a 40 second duration?? FOURTY SECONDS.
Also last ditch has a bug -you will incap yourself if you have any wounds.

while you continue to whine, there are plenty of BH's that are out there winning fights and collecting bounties...your posting style is a strong indication that there should be a minimum age and IQ requirement to post in the forums.

Both sides have and are about to receive far too many nerfs. Both sides need to knock it off. I think you should have the jedi's name no later than visiting the informant. But at the same time, jedi should be able to run.
I don't know how long you have been playing. I new compared to many. I've only been playing for 13 months. About half the life of the game. A few months ago everyone wanted jedi to be in hiding (myself included.) People wanted jedi to be afraid of BHs and to run. That is what many do now. The jedi run and for many different reasons. Some run because they fear they cannot win. Others run because they don't have time for a long fight. Yet others may run because fighting in the starport is something they always try to avoid for roleplay reasons.
I have a full temp jedi. XP lose would not affect me, and still I play my jedi as if every random dot on the radar is a threat. I hide, I investigate and I move away if required. My best defense against a BH is avoiding the engagement. If I am seen fighting a BH, that just make more people know who I am. I don't want you to know who I am and that I am a jedi. It is a secret that I keep within my guild and my aligned jedi. The other part is that I play as though dying actually matters. I've had guild BH request to kill me. I always politely refuse. My character is an "entity" that does not wish to die easily. My jedi will stand and fight if the need exists, but don't expect my jedi to stick around and die, if it can be avoided without endangering my friends.
Again, I don't want either side nerfed. Just giving you what I hope is a new perspective on your quandry.

You do have a chance, and if you can't kill me before I run away, tough. I should have the chance to live, whether or not I choose to fight. I don't care about you, your mission, or your problems. I only care about keeping my character alive. If running keeps me alive, then I run. Since that is 99/100 times, I will run 99/100 times. Your chance is to stop me from running, if you can't, pick a new profession. Plenty of BH kill Jedi w/ FR1/2/3 everyday, buck up for the suds junior.

LOL, if they're dumb enough to duel where you can catch them, more power to you. If they're AFK or not paying attention to their surroundings, more power to you. When the situation is reversed, I use every trick in the book.

Well I didn't but you have your negoation from your tree to BH. With BR food, KD's (androots,et al.)even a weapon hinderance is easy to overcome. If you can't figure it out, find someone to show you.

Why anyone would bother picking up M Ranger as a BH is beyond me. Killing a ME should be easier than killing a MLS/MD, since they have very little offense or defense (depending on exact temp).
