I've had a few run-ins, most of them good since I rarely win, but run-ins nonetheless. One Jedi that killed me talked about tactics awhile with me, then tried the chuck his wares from his alt on me, since apparently he's a weaponsmith, heh. Almost like a Bh selling a pearl to Jedi on that one. Real chipper guy though.
Recently I fought a guy that ran away, my first one to actually hide from me (as a mranger, that sorta thing is odd for me to see
). Anyway, his guildies were hunting with him and when he ran inside I just said Well, such is life, and dropped it. His friend bowed to me and commended the fight anyway, wished me luck and moved on with a likewise remark.
Plenty of nice Jedi out there, but obviously you tend to only remember the jerks. Seeing as the two Jedi I've killed (normal tactic kills) never sent me a tell (probably died of surprise), but the one I clone-killed gave me quite a talking to. heh. Such is life though, you always remember the bad because when it's good, there's nothing to regret.

Must admit, I have met a great deal of honorable jedi as I end the first week of being a Master Bounty Hunter. The one I met today was particularly honorable.
I tracked him to Dantooine and find him grinding with a group of around 6 people spinning Pikets. Well, I made a mistake and attacked too soon and ended up in a very good fight with this jedi, eventually after around 20 mins or so, my Mind gave up and I couldn't heal myself so I got Incapped, DB'ed and instantly he /bows and Thanks me for a great fight. All the way through the fight, I had one of his group members trash talking me and smack talking, calling me a noob etc.
I thanked the jedi, apologised for interrupting his grinding and decide to move to my next mission. He sends me a /tell telling me that if I want him to he will kick the trash talker from his group because he hates trash talkers. I told him not to, but I still thought this was a very nice touch from a truly honorable Jedi.
In these forums there is enough b!tching, smack talking and nerf yelling but I am yet to see any of it from a Jedi that I have fought. Am I in the minority or is this the feeling across all servers?
You're a hired killer. There is no honor in assasination.

Who cares about your honorable crap. Most of you sound like a bunch of mama's girls that should stay at home and have tea and crumpetts with your mama. ![]()
Maybe we should introduce ourselves, shake hands, count off paces.... blah blah. GET A GRIP !!!The role of a BH is to hit hard and fast and show no mercy. Also if a Jedi is visable, it is by choice.Cheers Romulus for putting it in proper perspective.

Both Bounty Hunters and Jedi have their bottum feeders who for some reason feel the need to talk trash. I've met my fair share of Bounty Hunters, some were great others were not. The point to remember is the way a person acts isnt apart of the game (role-playig), its their actual behavior in life.
Not everyone can acceptable inter-personal relationship skills.
