There ya go
If you like the TKA, I would master fencer for the extra defenses, and the stun baton if you pvp. If you pve mostly, I would recommend Master Swords, Master brawler for the blast damage and ap2 against high end mobs.

DONOT count ur stun baton as the only weapon for pvp , if u arefighting me with only a stun baton u will never get my ham under 70% , pvp is more then a stun baton people
read katchiko post on the game guids for more info in this matter ( very good pvp guide )

Personally, I'd drop the very last line in pistoleer, as well as the line that adds to dodge. That way, you get the state defenses, and with dodge food, you don't need that extra line. As for the melee line in pistols, those are more or less worthless and the skill points can be best used somewhere else.
Master brawler is good because you get Intimidate 2 and Warcry 2 which stick longer and add a nice 20 second delay, as well as the lunges for fencer and swordsman that are KD's instead of posture changes.
Mine is still a mess, since I'm looking to dump smuggler (thanks to another delay by the devs):
Master Fencer
Master Swordsman
TKA 4-0-0-0 (meditate in place of medic)
Smuggler 0-0-3-0 (feign death..soon to be dropped)
Master Brawler (soon as I have enough App points)
Marksman 0-4-0-0 (might be dropped for a pure melee template)

u dont need the pistoleer. 10 extra dodge dont matter that much. Get tka. That will matter. If I were you i would go fencer tka swordsman, fencer tka pikeman. Or fencer tka brawler, and the rest at medic. I reccomend fencer tka brawler wit soem medic

Honestly, I dont like the Idea of dabbleing in pistoleer if Im not interested in useing a pistol. But the ranged mitigation is what I was after the most. Does it help any in highend pve Corvett, Deathwatch etc. Wouldnt it be usefull when those pesky rifleman are shooting at. If not then all melee is what I want.
THANKS

the key to a great pvp template is to have both ranged and melee mitigation, so yeah the mitigation will help you greatly especially when facing a rifleman.

Take a look at my gun, here and you'll see exactly why you need ranged damage mitigation. Acid damage goes straight through those stun PSGs you're all wearing, and this gun has medium armor piercing, resulting in a 25% damage bonus.

You really need an 85% base helm against a guy like this. But again, this is clear proof that someone with this type of uber weapon can be toned down. Keep them intimidated and blinded, and have them shoot through an 85% or higher acid resist, they'll become extremely frustrated, ive seen it happen

I know there has been a lot of this today, but here goes. MBH, Novice Medic, Pistoleer 4/3/4/0, Carbineer 0/4/0/0.
So with this I get heal damage, Carbine accuracy mods, and cripple shot. Pistol accuracy mods and cool pistoleer specials inculding fan shot which I like. Def mods, pistol accuracy mods, and dodge mods.
I like this a lot because I really like HUNTING Jedi. When I hunt Jedi I don't like to get anywhere near their saber. Melee is just too non-BH for me. When I hunt I always have my swoop nearby and the /mount command hot keyed. If I had a jetpack that worked I would would have /launch hot keyed but I havn't figured out how to get my pack to work yet
I figure this template fits my hit and run tactic pretty well.

::. (BH) 0-4-4-0 (Carbineer) 1-4-0-4 (Pistoleer) 0-4-4-4 (Rifleman) 0-0-0-4 .::
Fun Ranged pvp-pve worthy template, shame there's that weapon delay... I use cdef carbine and geo pistol for pvp still, just suffer through the delaypain.
Possible perhaps to get attachments &accuracy foodto bump accuracy high enough to hit jedi through their block? I'll have to experimentsome more Isuppose, but if so I'd sac to carbine 0-4-0-3 and pick up inV III... This template gives much better melee defense than we're used to; although no counterattack or dodge (they dont seem to do much @ lvl 4 ::+80ish:: against master lvl elite combat pvp'rs you can sustain yourself quite well w/ synthsteak&_armor.

this is just my opinion, but I feel that rifleman is possibly the worse profession to dabble into, as it only really gets good at master - how are you using the rifles skills?
