I think that if I take my medic droid into combat, I should receive the benefit of it for as long as it lasts. Apparently you have to have the droid within close distance, unlike suggested above, and I feel that this is fine. Will it work on marks? No. But it will save me some Stim-D's when I whip one out for the bottom level of Ryatt Trail.

Well Before you know it he will be crying that a novice medic with a +18 healing effiency shirt, jacket and hat + 25 SEAshould be nerfed. This would put the novice medic over the Healing effency mark of a CM 4xxx. + if you add some Snow cake that will add + 47 to the 79(for 2:30 minutes though)

Call me a noob, that's fine; more power to you for trying to insult me. But take a good look at this, and tell me why it should be allowed instead of resorting tostupid power gamer insults and chest pounding.

Novice medics shouldn't be able to heal like that period. An unenhanced bactashot at novice medic is ~200. Now get a Probot droid with 3 combat modules and 2 medical modules with hps ~3000 andarmor and they can all of a sudden heal for 800+? No that can't be right. Something there should change and it's not a profession nerf, maybe medical droids, but I never said that medic needs to be nerfed. Did I?

Like I said twice already. Medical droids(110)were supposed to add 10% effectiveness to your heals, not 400%.

NOVICE MEDIC can heal ~1/3 of your health in one shot. Think about that again. If you want better heals, you should need more than a droid and a BEed sunguard.

See I did that withoutresorting to personal flames. You should be taking notes.

Boy oh boy. If you had bothered to read the whole post you would have read that using the med droid will boost your heals to 1200+.

The 800+ heals come from just simply putting on a BE healing shirt.

So if you feel the 800ish heals are "out of balance" then your are basicly calling for a nerf against all BEclothing, attachments, modded weapons, and accesories (and lets not forget food). Do you play your toon with any of the above listed items?

The droid does work very nicely .. but it MUST be with .. and this move comes at a very risky cost. Aggro can easily destroy your droid even in PVE .. don't believe me? Leave your bike right next to you next time you run npc faction missions and see how long it lasts. Forget using one in PVP .. it'll be the first thing to go .. most jedi will think it is a "bomb" droid and wax it first thing. And those darn things arn't cheap either.

So in conclusion, if you wanna run the risk of losing your med droid .. then use it .. and enjoy the med benifits. In reality it's not gonna happen. If you wanna start a crusade vs. all the attachments and what not, then go for it .. but that will definately fall on deaf ears.
