No! The Skill modifers are on a dimishing effect slide rule thing.
slide rule thingy? what do you mean...that it wouldnt affect my heals with bacta Shot in the slightest?
For example a MCM has a healing effiencey of 85 and additional 110 would help but would not have as big of an effect as adding 110 to a novice medic with only 15. a MCM can bacta shot heal for about 1400 with no other modifers.
I'm curious about the effectiveness of the part that I have highlighted - can't this medical droid be targeted and destroyed by Jedi during a Bounty Mission? I know that you didn't specifically mention this as a Jedi hunting technique but I'm pretty sure that the droid will get a TEF when you attack and won't last long against a Jedi with half a mind.

Just discovered this the other night.
MBH
MRM
Pistols XXX3
Novice Medic
Throw in a 110 medic droid and you can bacta shot heal for 1000. Sure it's not the 1000 heals with bacta toss or 1400 with bacta shot as a 4xxx CM but you don't have to give up roots
Happy hunting

Don't harvesting droids also give scouts even 'ubererer' harvesting abilities? :/
BTW Recon armor is a requirement when fighting BH. So is KD and Roots for keeping them from running far.

I used my token to respce to MCM, MP BH 4xxx. I found my ability to dish out damange lacking. While I could take a 225k jedi in a duel, in a actuall hunt He would run and I had no way of stopping him.
I am doing the regrind to MBH MRM Medic Pistol xxx3.

I dunno, battle armor can be made compairable to recon. Currently I would not trade my MCM template, it is so versatile for Jedi and PvE IMO.
Tried the med droid thing yesterday. It dosn't work unless your within a 10m radius of the droid. Yes I was grouped with the droid. No matter what I did .. I didn't get the big healing bonus unless the darn droid was right behind me.
However, with just a +18 healing shirt I was alble to boost bacta shot to 805 per heal .. still not too bad.
Guess the devs caught on to the droid trick.

BTW Droids only add medical effency. Novice + a 110 Droid = healing effience of 125.
CM 4xxx = 85. How will you nerf medical effiencey for a droid? 110 = 110 no matter how you add it. Be it with actuall Skills, SEAs, Foods or droids. modifers = modifers.
With the right combinations of SEAs, BE Clothing and food and could reach the same 110 healing effiencey. How would you nerf this? Remove all SEAS?
P.S For thoes that know the real way to use medical droids in combat keep quite on the forms or I will kill you. We don't want this nerfed.

Oh, protective of your healing are we?
Medical droid are supposed to be multipliers not modifiers. A 110 effectieness means you multiply the effectiveness by 110%, granting you an extra 10%. This is how it used to work with doctor buffs etc, if it's all of a sudden making novice medics amazing healers something needs to change.
I didn't say anything about nerfing, but it certainly needs to be fixed if a novice medic is healing for 800^.

I think your 2 posts in this thread having been exclusively about nerfing other professions. Unless you are a Medic or a Droid Engineer then wth has it got to do with you. I hate crap players that are constantly crying "Nerf everyone except me".
I dont care how long you been playing, you Sir, are a N00b.
BTW to the OP, the droid has got to be within healing range for you to get the bonus and any Jedi with half a brain will kill the droid with theirfirst hit then turn on you. Then Novice medic doesnt have quite the same appeal as it did. This tactic is a lot more workable in PvE, almost impossible in PvP.
