90% is the minimum required for "constant burstrun" (the timer starts at the start of the burst).

However, there are circumstances where you don't get the full 1 min duration for the burst run. If you're in PvP and the other player hits you with a "dizzy" state, that cancels the burst. If you only used 90% Parwan, you still have to wait that 1 minute that the burst would've been going before bursting again. And unless they've fixed it, I think attempting to eat another parwan while you're "still tired" still uses up a dose and adds to filling even though you don't get the burst speed.

Agreed. I was only a 10 point chef at the time and i managed to get a 94-97% reuse. Pretty awesome indeed. Flavor is the way to go.
