Hi peeps,
I hunt jedi, i like it, its fun. Now I always hunt solo any Jedi under the 120k mark. I think its only fair that they stand a chance of winning.
Recently I took a 130k mission and asked a friend to come along for a bit of support, never done this before so thought it would be fun to hunt with someone for a change. When we found the Jedi my friend didn't get a TEF
so i died horribly in the ganking that followed
Even more recently I tried again and asked a friend to come along again, different friend this time. 150k mission so i brought a TK along. Again no TEF was issued
and I again died in the horrible ganking session that followed
I was grouped with the two people, one was neutral and one was Imperial (covert). I am a neutral BH and the jedi group seemed to TEF against me just fine. Am i mission something? Why is the TEF working against me but not for me?
Any help would be great, the whole TEF thing makes me go dizzy and I flap like a fish on a rock

Just make sure that if your mark is reb, you are reb and your group members are imp, and vice-a-versa.
I am tired, so this may not make sense. Please correct me if I is wrong.
Thank you.

no i am neutral and I hunt with a neutral group. I once hunted with a covert imp but it made no difference anyway.
The group the jedi is in always seems to TEF but mine doesn't. So they all attack me and my friends are left watching my horrid and quick death

That s the problem then. The neutral group members will not be able to do anything, but you will be attaacked by his group members no matter waht faction they are.

As a neutral BH you can be attacked by any of his group, once you have attacked the Jedi and given them the TEF on you.
Your group members will ONLY be able to attack the Jedi and group members if they are of the oposite faction of the Jedi and group members. If your group members are the same faction as theirs, none of them will be abel to do anything to eachother, but the Jedi group will be able to stil attack you.
Does this help?
My sugestion to you is to get yourself +200 points in both factions, and go to the same one as the Jedi you are hunting when need be. Go both ways baby!!!

You will be unable to tell if a jedi is imp or reb when u select the mission. Its up to u to take a mission then make a list of which jedi are which.

You really won't until you start hunting enough of them. You get to know where all the reb and imp guilds team up to allow their pet Jedi to level... And you get to know certain guild names and jedi names for their faction affiliations.
If you stay neutral, you will not really know any other way. If you are having issues with certain Jedi being in gank groups, just join their faction and you will eliminate their gank group entirely, unless they have opposite faction members in their group. Otherwise, asa neutral BH, you will be open to attack by both sides.
Part of being a BH is getting to know your enemy.
And do not talk to your mark until after you kill him. Otherwise you wont want to kill him. Lol!

Doh that sucks a major gimped ape turd.
I originally went BH to hunt solo but getting ganked by TKM's, Fencers, Swordsman and other melee proffs really make me mad
Trouble is, and this has happened enought times now, I go after a jedi and get ganked by their guild. Then i get a tell afterwards saying either one of the two following (and annoying) options
- "You suck, stop picking on low lvl jedi" (128k reward and the "low lvl" jedi has 5 people protecting him)
- "Its really nice to see a BH that doesn't hunt in a gank squad" (which doesn't stop them ganking me with 5 TKM Fencers which i find rather insulting to then praise me for notdoing it)
Anyone feel this TEF system sucks my arse big time? ![]()
P.s this is the first time ive felt truly pissed off with this proffession

Im imperial and I understand how the TEF works.
Question is: IF i go neutral, how does the tef then work?
Thanks in advance

you should go neutral that would save me the trouble of getting 5200 rebel faction for my alt
