i was just showing this so u know if a jedi uses it on u whats happened. this has no real value for ranged attackers, as u need a speed pup which means your doing crap damage, and your sac drains in about 10 secs. but for jedi this is extremly usefull. theres not really any way this would work in a bh v jedi encounter. as somone said before u cant KD recover and u cant heal either
and the only way u can get that fast is if u have like +50 to speed seas speed sliced wep speed pup n doc speed buff

Hurts my mind like hell but, i can heal for 1200+ every other second bypassing cooldown timer. (Someone prolly has me beat though, i'm sure)
SoE, wake up.
And while you're at it, fix the F'in KD bug.
