someone tell me, if "EVERYONE" is already doing this, as you say, then whats the harm in telling me how to do it?

a lot of the times it is done on accident when someone trys to spam 2 moves together pushing their keys real fast

well i dont know how to do it either. Im not into pvp so it wont hurt anyone else. just the elite marks i keep killing.

Yeah that's easy to do but I also causes the combat lag which causes you to get the knockdown bug. So use it at your own risk!

I was just healing a spinner every other second for 600+, can keep that up for a few minutes with doc buffs and booster (without getting much agro lol). I think the most i've gotten consecutively is about a dozen heals @ every other second. Sometimes i'd miss one but i'd have no problems getting "back into the groove". I'm level 5 too.
[Edit: My new char is level 5, i figured it out on him last night.]

HRM! Wonder if I post how to do it, will it get fixed?
Personally, I thought it was 'working as intended' when I was trying to figure out Quickdraw, however, after I dropped it... I realized I could do it with any template
HrM!!!!! If I post it... it gets fixed... If I don't I could keep slaughtering the NPC's! Damn! Cruel and unusual fate!

Yeah, that looks messed up. It'd be one thing if you were firing every second with alternating shots but because of the cooldown timers on individual shots you shouldn't be able to fire the same shot (improved heat shot in this case if I remember the screen shot correctly) every second. That's broken. I hope this gets fixed.

I'll make a FRAPS video tonight with cursor on screen, put it in slow motion and let you all see EXACTLY whats going on and EXACTLY how to do it.
I'll also make one of the KD bug, and i'll use every suggested method of getting back up. I'll run it in slow motion aswell so some of the slower people in these forums who continue to make suggestions can see how their own personal "fixes" do not apply (literally).
It will be fun, yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
Fix it SoE. Fix it now.
