lighting rifles are crap i got one i had it sliced it was rublish better at throwing the dam thing at the emeny insteadof shootingit proton carbine is way better if anyone can make one as good as that let me know am on the bria server mail me i get back to you

Sounds like all of the heavy lightning rifles you have had experience with have been on vendors containing nothing over 50k. A couple weaponsmiths now have confirmed this is potentially the best rifle in the game, and its all ours baby! YEAH! ... except also as stated, the FOTM BH template also includes master rifleman

I think homeboy is trying to sell in at a min of 7mil...

Anyhow, why buy a 7mil rifle when I can buy a 100k laser rifile with VERY similar stats.... I dont get it...

Props goes to the WS who made it, but I wouldnt pay more the 500k for it.

Mine is allmost like this one..BTW that one hell of a rifle..

Mines got same around the same MaxDmg, E-Dmg (40) with a Acc Bonus of 11 but the SAC is 94 (Better than most i saw of 133)

How the hell did you get a SAC of 55? That is outstanding!

The devs giving us this weapon is more than I could have ever hoped for. It is the LLC, the advanced Laser Rifle, + a bag of chips! I love this gun and have put away my laser for awhile. Oh, I picked up a 30% reduced SAC power up for it...only cost 18accuracy, well the bonus accuracy was 17. w00t!this thing rocks. My weaponsmith is currently building another for me, that is going to be even better than the one I have.

This is my permanent weapon.
