Nice sac but horrible powerup. You should be able to find a powerup thats around 22% action cost with no accuracy penalty.

I'd have to guess that the new slicing doesn't give that message. If you look, however, it says:
Customization: 100%
Enhanced Damage: +4%
Critical Hit Chance: +5%
I think that's showing you that it has been sliced post-publish 19.

Do you even know what you're talking about? It's capped on damage and has 82 base SAC. Speed doesnt mean crap because if you alternate attacks it doesn't affect you.

Have you put down 220k to 225k jedieswith this and what the damage on jedies. Do they have a defence agasint HLR.
I would go with my T21 instead. It take more than a pic to change my mind. If you some how make the dps higher i might change my mind or show me a battle where a bh got his high lvl mark with that .
The way i hunt is when high marks pvp so having the best dps on any weapons is essential or you end up dead.

Yeah thats why I brought it up. If I hadn't noticed the customization line (and read the original slicing revamp doc) I wouldn't have even noticed. Mostly just commenting that I feel empty inside without the message

You're slow, its been established in many profession boards that DPS means nothing. Go read the pistoleer forums Buying guide, it addresses everything you need to know when buying a weapon, whether it be a pistol or a rifle.

Man, if you thing DPS means anything then you should be the one taking lessons. What mattters on a weapon is the damage output and the SAC. Speed means nothing - NOTHING. If you alternate attacks then the speed on your weapon doesn't do anyting.
DAMAGE and SAC.
Maybe you should get informed before posting bs like that...

That is one hell of a weapon, congratulations.
And to the fool who can't even spell Jedi (Yes, it is plural such as Sheep instead of Sheeps); you are wrong. That weapon is awesome. The SAC and Damage on it blow me away.

Am i correct in thinking a master rifleman will get more out of this weapon, even though it is MBH certed ?
kinda like the proton carbine with a master carbineer.

I just handed over my 173 damage tissues to a weaponsmith to get one made
