Sure, they can be found in locked containers too, but where did those locked containers come from? Probably thugs or similar.

As a smuggler.... I too have sliced a container and found a force crystal in it. But that was once out of many.

Well it makes a nice decoration anyway.

It's a single crystal, good for early generation lightsabers.

The twin-force ones are only usable by high level Jedi for the polearm sabers (think Darth Maul) so are of considerably less value, as there are darned few high level Jedi due to permadeath, etc.

I've picked one up off Rebel Warrant Officers, as well as Tuskens.

I got my twin force crystal (Blue)from a Rebel surface marshall. I also got a DH17 with mind poison from a Reb SM, and a +5 defense vs KD tape from Reb Commando.

I've been killing a bunch of Chunker Punks on Talus lately in search of locked containers to slice. I've gotten one blue twin crystal off a Punk and a red twin from one of the locked containers.

I've gotten one single force crystal from a Meatlump by Cornet and two twin crystals off of the ones at Kaadara. All three are yellow, and I got them all just running by and shooting them as I was leaving town

Got 6 to date so far on Gorath (Mostly tatooine), though that could very well be more, as I have around 30 or so locked containers that I have to get sliced and opened sometime when I can before I have to put up a 4th house just to hold them. I don't just sell them as some do, since they may contain something like the crystals, or other decent things. All come from NPC types of just about any faction there. The ones I "know" I have so far all came from different types so far, Hutt, Valarian, Jawa, Evil Hermit/settler, GCW faction mission NPC's, and Slavers. Also in that mix, of note, 3 skill tapes, one Armor skill modsegmet, and recently a couple weapons with "special" limited-usemods on them, like Poison, etc. Of the Crystals, 3 are single, 3 are dual types. 1 Blue, 1 purple, 1red, 2yellow, and1 green.

I looted a crystal off an evil settler. It didn't say force crystal, just a regular one

Well it makes a nice decoration anyway.

I seen where a smuggler had posted that they couldn't understand why people were so upset about the FD. Apparently, he says that it was a very little known fact that most of them that knew it tried to hide.... a posture up attack could get them out of FD.

Was this ever tried? If not... why? Knowing this, if it worked, could have saved a lot of people from failed Jedi missions and saved the Smugglers from a nerf.

It's been posted several times that posture up breaks FD. I don't know myself. Never encountered an FD Jedi
