Thread: The Reason Why People Whine About Jedi...

Don't foret that little thing about slapping Stormie NPC's to get incapped so they can stand up and use LD as that first strike.
Oh yeah, I forgot. BH's don't exploit...they just use "good tactics."
I don't believe that is considered an exploit. I've never used it.

Your reasoning for this comment is?
Well, we can't all be superstars. Try checking posts above the most recent. More than one person can post at a time, thus causing sequential posts to be about different subjects or responses.
Can't believe you brought up double sliced weapons. That was what..over a year ago? As for your other "issues", BH have to do something to overcome the rampant exploiting by several (not all) of your Jedi brethren. Not saying it's the right thing to do, but when you have Force cloakers, house runners, and ride catchers, you tend to come up with work-arounds to combat this.
And nobody said a BH is supposed to be honorable in what he does.

OMG! Are you serious???? Please tell me that you actually meanwhat you are saying here, cuase it is funny as hell!!!
This thread started pointing a whole list of exploits that Jedi used, and to say that is a reason for hatred... but when it's replied to with an equal list exploits BH's used, THIS is your response????
"We do it because we have to." and "We can exploit because we aren't supposed to be honorable anyway!"
Dude... Thank you for proving my point!!!!
To most of you BH's, you use JUST as many exploits as ANYONE... yet, you love having these little escuses that are supposed to make it acceptible for YOU GUYS and YOU GUYS ALONE to do it.
Yes, Jedi exploiting is bad,, and they should be dealt with for such...but BH's exploiting is EQUALLY AS BAD, and should be dealt with JUST as swiftly.

Next time you should edit for proper grammar too.
Also, "u" should be you.
if U cant find anything better to flame on than someone using U istead of you...then U, my friend, must be one bored individual

numbers. May be problematic, but there would be no GCW without Jedi (ie they started it).
Ummm.... the whole reason you can't /duel someone who already has a TEF on you is because of the BH's using it on Jedi. BH's would use /duel on a Jedi, and as the duel TEF overode the Bounty TEF for the Jedi. As a result, the Jedi could not attack, but would rather get an -invalid target- message. The BH, however, was free to attack until the Jedi realized what was going on (usually was too late by that time) and /duel'd the BH.

Wow... BH can slice weapons? And how does /duel keep a Jedi from attacking? BH attacking first is not an exploit, it is by design. Jedi attacking while still cloaked is an exploit. People respecing to Master BH wasn't an exploit. Jedi using the respec to grind to a full template was without grinding the higher XP, was.
Most Jedi have BH as their alts, making the increase in BH even more pronounced. There was a GCW before there was Jedi in this game. And I'm not going to respond to the thing about parents paying for their children's subscriptions since I am neither a child or a parent.

...and I must say I do agree with most of the Jedi posts here.
The exploits have certainly gone both ways.
It's the exposure, sheer numbers, superior power, and non-canon that gets me all tickered out.

Hrm, I forgot about double slicing, but that was fixed over a year ago so it's not an issue anymore.

How many Teras Kasi existed in this time frame as well?
Who knows? I don't. If I recall, they were specifically designed to hunt Jedi, or were the only ones the could truly hold toe-to-toe and kill Jedi, or something like that.
But I can't recall reading anything in the EU books I've read that gave a number of TKAs in the universe. It's clear there are almost no Jedi - even implicintly stated numerous times during the OT and EU of the OT.

It can't possibly be that hard to type two extra characters, can it? I mean, "y" is right next to "u" and "o" is right next to "i" which is right next to "u". In other words, all the letters needed for "you" are within 4 keys of each other.
You know, I really need to drop the Entertainer stuff and go back to combat. My posts are getting increasingly more unlike my normal attitude. To much love in-game I guess. You know what really upsets me about the time-fram?
We live in a galaxy that discovered faster than light travel, but they have not discovered landscaping yet. Why can't I place a house ANYWHERE I want? We sure can here on Earth.
