The idea does not stop you killing padawans. Your second enjoyment isnt going to be around long since when the Jedi cry nerf they get it. This time they just happened to nerf themselves. It will change, and the BH will be on the losing end of the stick. Good luck getting devs to spend time on other prof other than Jedi. Hence the idea to make it an expansion. They can go and hire all new devs to make a Jedi expansion whilst the other devs can fix 2 year old bugs and smugglers. (Although i think smugglers fit into the same category)

People are not going to fight just because they wont lose exp. That's a myth that Jedi tricked themselves into believing. If they dont fight now, they wont fight later. It's just in their nature, not everyone has a nack/want pvp.

Well i wouldnt call running away "griefing", sure its lame and weak, but the idea is to offset this with incentives. Taking away xp loss for regular jedi, and adding the incentive to be out and about hunting loot is a start at minimising what your getting at. Jedi love to be uber, and if theyre not getting uber while theyre hiding, hopefully it would be enough to stay and fight.
